If I could give them zero stars I would. Horrible customer service the manger Zek and owner Eric are horrible people should’ve known when I waved at him “owner” in the parking lot and he just looked at me and walked away. Super nice when they want your money but afterwards it’s a whole different story. I purchased a used vehicle through them on a Saturday afternoon about 2pm. I showed up and the vehicle was dirty (exterior wise) and the passenger door glass was broken and replaced but left all the glass inside the door so they took some money off for that. I almost walked away but figured it was due to all the construction they had going on around. I test drove the vehicle and it drove good so I put the dirty exterior to the side not really thinking anything of it, figured it was detailed already by their detail team. Signed the paperwork and then they proceeded to wash it. I did not leave there until about 4:45pm I was in a rush because my kids were hungry and we live about 2hrs away. So we quickly left I didn’t get home until 6pm-ish. It rained all day Sunday then Monday came and I was able to go get a car wash. Afterwards I noticed water spots all over the vehicle on the paint, trim, roof, roof rails, and windows. I got a quote of $1,500 to fix the concern so I did what any reasonable person would do and I called and asked them to help me with half of the bill seeing as I just bought it through them. I never asked for the whole amount I started with half then ended with $500. I went up the chain of commands from the salesman, sales manager, then to the owner and was told “NO” all the time. While talking to zek he told me there were plenty of new cars to buy and that I should have done that. Well zek they don’t make these vehicles anymore because they changed the body style and engines. I bought this vehicle specifically because it was the last year they made them like this. They said I’d have to drive 2 hrs to drop off the vehicle, that’s 2hrs there, 2hrs back
