  This has been my worst experience with Kia so far. I currently lease a Kia EV9, which has had ongoing issues. I brought it in for service on Saturday and was told it would be ready Monday. On Monday, I was informed it would not be ready, so I asked about a rental car since I had already been without a vehicle for several days. I was told I could rent through Enterprise and that the cost would be reimbursed. The next day, I was told they could not find any issue with the car—even though I have video evidence of the main display flickering and going black, and the charging speed being significantly reduced. Even worse, when I reported a serious issue where using the app to turn on the AC causes the car to become completely unresponsive (cannot start, stop, or shift into drive/reverse), I was told to simply not use that feature.This is an $80k vehicle. Being told “don’t use the feature” is not an acceptable solution. Because they “could not replicate the issue” and no parts were ordered, they refused to reimburse the rental. So now I am expected to pay my lease while my car sits in service, and also cover a rental myself—simply because they could not diagnose the problem. Extremely disappointing experience with both the dealership and Kia as a brand. I will not be choosing Kia again.

  Such a great experience from start to finish. Between Jesse and Kyran “KP” , TOP TIER customer service! They made the entire day exciting. Testing 5 different cars could get exhausting but they kept the same enthusiasm throughout. Thank you for setting us up with a reliable car for the foreseeable future.

  I had a great experience at Kia. Nicolas was very helpful, attentive, and professional. He took the time to point out an issue with my car that needed attention and made sure it was taken care of quickly. He also called us to schedule the service as soon as possible and kept us informed throughout the process. Thank you, Nicolas, for your excellent customer service!

  This was the smoothest purchase we had with a Kia. This was our third time purchasing a KIA and Kia of Naples was the smoothest of them all. We had to drive down over an hour to get here because this was the only dealership that had the car we wanted and they gave us a good deal on it. By the time we got there, most of the paperwork was completed and we only spent a few hours at the dealership instead of 4 like we have in the past at other dealerships. Tyler was great to work with and his communication was great. Would definitely recommend this dealership.
