  Connor has been fantastic to deal with. He’s handled the regular maintenance, and occasional repair, of the vehicle through the entirety of my ownership. Most recently, my repair needed additional parts not immediately available. I would have been without a vehicle for several days during some intense Michigan winter weather had Connor not gone out of his way to ensure I had a capable vehicle during the extended repairs. This was definitely above and beyond as my car is an older model and the level of repair didn’t rate such a level of attention. He’s consistently communicated the status and any updates that are pertinent. I don’t have to worry about what’s happening with my vehicle when I’m dealing with Connor.

  I had an excellent experience purchasing my Cadillac Escalade from Al Serra Auto Plaza, especially considering I was buying the vehicle from out of town and coordinating everything remotely. From start to finish, the process was seamless, professional, and extremely well organized. My sales representative, Wade, was outstanding throughout the entire experience. He was very thorough, always willing to communicate, quick to answer questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Purchasing a vehicle remotely can sometimes feel stressful, especially when coordinating transport and logistics, but Wade made the process easy and straightforward. Overall, this was truly one of the best vehicle purchasing experiences I’ve had. The level of customer service, communication, and professionalism was top tier. I can’t speak highly enough about how much I enjoyed working with the team at Al Serra. The relationship and trust that were established throughout this process will absolutely bring me back when it’s time for my next vehicle purchase. Highly recommend Al Serra Auto Plaza and Wade to anyone looking for a smooth, honest, and professional buying experience.

  Just want to give a big shout out to all the people at al serra in the vw department. for the great service I received .Connor was absolutely the best nice friendly not judging on what a stupid move I did .no judging I threw my keys away in a bag stupid a d yes im a blonde but like a said NO JUDGING just great people thanks so much you have a great team of workers there definitely recommend.

  Anthony is very knowledgeable very patient very caring just a wonderful person to work with. This is my third vehicle that I purchased from him and because of his professionalism I will continue to come to him for my car needs.

  Anthony was amazing!! He was professional, knew the answer to all my questions. Made me feel like a priority. He was very helpful, attentive and showed wonderful integrity. This was my third Cadillac. I drove an hour and a half to buy my car from Anthony and I will be back to buy my fourth Cadillac from him as well. He was also very organized and made the purchase seem seamless and had all my documents right there for me to sign. I am happy to refer anyone to him. Wonderful person. So glad I had a great experience.
