  My salesman Joshua was very helpful and patient with my purchase. He showed me the cars that I was interested in even went down to one of the other locations and picked up a car for me to look at which is the one that I eventually bought. I am so very pleased with my car and my experience with financing and pricing. I was Very happy with my purchase. I definitely recommend Alan Jay Kia If you are looking for a car, please contact Josh He is an excellent salesman, not pushy and was very attentive to what I wanted in a car.

  Was the best experience I’ve had at a car dealership. Was in and out in under 2 hours. They worked hard to get us a great rate, the price we were happy with, and the terms we wanted. Joey did not pressure us a single time and went above and beyond expectations. Felt more like just meeting someone for the first time and hanging out than buying a car honestly. We will be back.

  Excellent Experience! I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Alan Jay Kia in Sebring, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire process. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease. No pressure, just a friendly and informative approach to helping me find the right car. The sales team, especially Craig and Chris, was knowledgeable and listened carefully to my needs. They were transparent about all the available options, and I really appreciated the time they took to explain the features and benefits of each model. I never felt rushed. The dealership itself was spotless and well-organized, with a great selection of new and pre-owned vehicles. They took the time to walk me through various financing options, making sure I understood everything and felt comfortable with my decision. The process was smooth, and they even offered a great trade-in value for my old vehicle. Once I made my decision, the paperwork was a breeze, and I drove off in my new Kia Sorento Hybrid, feeling confident and excited. The post-purchase follow-up was also excellent; they reached out to make sure everything was going well and that I was happy with my new car.   I had a great experience buying my Kia Sportage with 18,000 plus mileage. Shout out to Tristan, the new manager, Craig in Sales and Jose from Finance who helped & facilitated my buying experience. They were knowledgeable, professional at what they do, prompt in addressing issues and questions. There were few issues that came up and they readily helped addressed those concerns. I highly recommend everyone to consider Allan Jay Kia if you are looking to buy new or used cars.

  I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at Alan Jay Kia!! My mom and I ended up there on Valentine’s Day after my car died at our Air BNB the previous night. Ironically enough, my mom had already made an appointment through, Vanessa, at the Kia dealership, we just now had no way of getting there. Saturday morning, my mom called Vanessa to inform her of our predicament and enter James “The Man”!! James came out in a tow truck to the place we were staying and was able to get the car up and running so we could get to the dealership. Upon our arrival, we were quickly greeted by Edgar and Tristan. They helped us inside where we spoke with Jackie (service department) and she was wonderful. We felt like family and we were assured they would take care of us. While my car was getting fixed there at Kia, Edgar took us out to see the Telluride we were actually there to drive. Edgar was polite, knowledgeable of the product and enthusiastic about getting me the car I wanted. He took us back inside to a private room where he and Tristan worked tirelessly to make numbers work in my best interest. Between Edgar, Tristan and Curtis (F&I), these guys worked their tails off and ultimately got my car traded for the car I wanted and most importantly, at a price I was comfortable with. The people here at Alan Jay Kia MADE this experience, and I can honestly say I’ve never left a dealership happier! I’m from out of town by about 8 hours, and I would drive back in a heartbeat. They were not just professionals, they were truly exceptional and genuinely cared about what I needed. Edgar, Tristan and Curtis made sure we were comfortable with the car before leaving, as it was dark by then. They made us feel like we were their only customers. From beginning to end, Alan Jay Kia went above and beyond. Thank you!!
