  I came all the way from Tallahassee to get my new Jeep. I dont usually go inside businesses and I try to avoid having to interact with people, I let my husband do all that. But obviously I had to be there for this. RJ made me feel right at home and my anxiety about the whole situation went away. Everyone was so friendly even tho they had to stay a little late for us. Definitely worth the drive up here. Better than any customer service you will find in Tallahassee and 1000 times better than Werner Hyundai.

  I had a great experience getting my truck serviced at Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram! From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. Scheduling was incredibly easy thanks to Laila and Michelle. They made the whole process simple, quick, and stress-free, which I really appreciated. When I brought my truck in, Chance and Justin took excellent care of me. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure to explain everything clearly. I never felt pressured — just informed. They kept me updated throughout the service, and the turnaround time was great. It’s not always easy to find a service department that makes you feel valued and taken care of, but this team absolutely does. My truck is running perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Highly recommend — I’ll definitely be back for future service!
