  I called Jessica at this dealership after my truck dashboard started acting up after I had recently had service done at another dealership. We were in kind of a hurry because we were just spending a week here. Jessica told me they were open on Saturday and they could at least figure out what the issue might be. Not only did they offer me a loaner, but they actually found the problem so I didn't need it. They took the extra time to actually troubleshoot the issue, find it, and fix it. Turned out to be a loose ground wire. In my mind they performed way better than other dealerships I've been to for warranty service.

  My buying experience was outstanding from start to finish. Salesman Jett worked with me over the phone to secure the best deal before I even arrived for a test drive of a 2026 Ram 3500 Dually. They offered a fair market value for my trade-in, and everything was transparent and straightforward. Finance Manager Sarah was efficient and organized, making the paperwork process smooth and easy—even as an out-of-state buyer. I came in knowing what I wanted, the value of my trade, and what the purchase should look like, and there was no back-and-forth or pressure to add extra fees or upsells. This dealership was recommended by others for both sales and service, which is one of the reasons I chose to give them a try—and they did not disappoint. Well done!

  Thank you tremendously to the team at Allen Samuel’s for helping me look for a new car, and ultimately helping me get into my dream car! Everybody was wonderful, friendly, and not annoyed when I couldn’t make up my mind! Would recommend, and will be returning! Trisha was the sweetest and so incredibly helpful when test driving!

  Service is second to none. Brandon was my customer service rep. He was able to keep me up to date on the work being done on my car. I was shocked how pro active he was. Not once did I have to call. Also the work on my car was done correctly the first time. A rattle was also fixed which another dealership could not. Again very good service. Thanks Brandon Peter

  I would give this place no stars if i could but thats not an option. Ive bought several vehicles from the Allen Samuels in Corpus Christi when they were open and that place was great! The Allen Samuels in Aransas Pass I have had the WORST experience I have ever had at any dealership i have purchased from. My husband and i went to look at a jeep grand wagoneer we saw on the website. We were told we were gonna get a crazy good deal if we purchased today, so we decided to purchase. The deal was $10,000 more than what they had listed on their website. They hesitated to bring it to that price but ended up doing it. Then i asked before we purchased if we could have the scratches on the door fixed before we buy, only because they were deep (keep in mind it was new). We were told yes, after hours of being there (which is expected when buying a new vehicle) we were told to come back because they were unable to buff them out. When out playes came in we went back and they tried again to buff them out only to scratch it up more and it looked worse then before and i asked if they could just paint it since they made it look worse and were unable to buff it out. We were told yes and they would pick the vehicle up from us and take it to their body shop. I work graveyards and stay up till noon waiting for them 3 days in a row, it would have been nice to get a courtesy saying they were not going to make it, instead i waited up and my husband called only to be told they were not going to make it. Finally after waiting up 3 days in a row they sent someone to pick it up. Almost a week later i get back my truck dirty, full of sand, full of smoke smelling like weed with ash in the front. I had to be at work in a few hours and was NOT able to go through the gate on base like that so i called and complained and left the truck to air out for 3 hours and they came to pick it up. The scratches were still there plus more, there was no sign it had been painted, just taken out for the weekend. It
