  I had the best experience shopping for a vehicle! This is my second time buying with American Chevrolet and it’s always a pleasure! DJ and Gus were both exceptional and very attentive to my needs. I will definitely be referring my family and friends!

  I recently purchased a Toyota Camry from this dealership, and overall, the buying experience was excellent. A huge thank you to Hayden Borgenson, who was my salesperson. I drove nearly two hours to get there, and Hayden stayed in contact with me the entire time, texting and calling to make sure my trip was going smoothly. He checked in on me, encouraged me to take my time and drive safely, and made me feel like he genuinely cared about my experience before I even arrived at the dealership. Once I got there, Hayden made both me and my family feel comfortable and welcome. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very tech-savvy. He took the time to answer all of my questions, not only about the Camry I purchased but also about other vehicles and features I was curious about. At no point did I feel pressured. He worked with me to get a great deal, and I truly felt like he was working with me, not against me. When discussing warranties and protection plans, Hayden presented the options professionally and respectfully. He explained everything clearly and allowed me to make my own decisions without any pressure. That level of professionalism is rare and greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, my experience with the finance manager, Gus, was very different. After I declined the GAP insurance and warranty products, I felt a noticeable change in attitude. I did not feel appreciated as a customer, and I felt rushed through the process. When I asked questions about my contract, I got the impression that my questions were an inconvenience because I had chosen not to purchase any additional products. Buying a vehicle is a major financial decision, and customers should feel comfortable asking questions and fully understanding what they are signing, regardless of whether they purchase warranties or add-ons.   Have to leave another review! My first experience back in April i had amazing service from dj i believe was his name and got the perfect car for my wife, fast forward to now and i had to get a new truck and i couldn't imagine a better place, juan helped me get into a new truck that worked with my budget and i dont even have words for how much i appreciate the team staying late to help me get everything together! Thank you!!

  I purchased a new vehicle from this dealership after having a terrible experience at Thompson Chevrolet/ GMC in Patterson the day prior. After hearing about our experience with the other dealership our salesman Martin and the manager Jose made sure we had a great buying experience. I feel that overall the pricing was very fair, and the service was second to none. I would definitely recommend asking for Martin if you are thinking about buying a new Chevrolet. Martin was very knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding throughout the whole process. Martin was very down to earth, honest, and easy to work with. I would recommend American Chevrolet, and working with Martin, to friends, family, or anyone looking to purchase a new for used vehicle.

  We bought a 2026 Chevy Silverado here. Couldn’t have had a better experience. Norberto was our salesman. No pressure and he listen to everything we said. He fought hard for every counter offer we made until we got what we wanted. He was the best. I recommend if you’re shopping at American Chevrolet ask for Norberto.
