5 months agoWe unexpectedly had to get a new car for my husband due to someone totaling his. Dave was very nice and never pressured us at all, we live in the valley and they were able to get us approved before we ever got there. We have credit problems so we really appreciated them working with us to get us into something that will last. Amazing customer service and their finance guy is PHENOMENAL.

a month ago***Just want to add I took my car to the other Jeep dealership and they did the recall no problem*** I would not recommend taking your vehicle here if you can avoid it. I had taken my vehicle in after it stopped in the middle of the road and having a service 4WD message come up. There is an open PTU recall for my vehicle and I assumed this was the issue. I had nothing but issues right off the bat mostly with communication from their service dept. They told me my vehicle was ready to go and the recall was complete only to find out the next day he confused my car with someone else's. Then to find out a few days later they said they cannot do the recall due to the specific recall instructions and the car not being drivable and they needed to run diagnostics that would cost me about 250. Then they called me back a few days later said it was my transmission and that I owed them about 450 for the diagnostics. Let them know that is not what they quoted me. I decided to have my vehicle towed to a local auto shop for repairs at a lower rate. The auto shop told me that the PTU failed and the ground down splines most likely damaged my transmission and highly recommended I take it back to the dealership to perform the PTU recall and transmission as subsequent damage. I called the dealership and let them know the information I was getting, and they said I needed to tow it back to them because they cannot submit for the recall without the vehicle being there. I towed it back to them directly from the auto shop. After about a week the lady in warranty called me and let me know the dealership denied the subsequent damage to the transmission and essentially said that would be out of pocket. She also said in order to do anything for the PTU they would have to run the bad one through the new transmission which could damage the new transmission and suggested I pay for that as well. I talked to service after this asking why they could not do the recall since the PTU had already failed.

a month agoWill never again do business with these people ever again. Sold me a car that wasn’t fully ready to be sold, had a nail in the tire when they sold it to me, and I know this because the person who helped after the nail came out on the highway and caused my tire pressure to go down to 0 psi almost instantly works with tires everyday for a living and was able to look at the hole and could tell it had been there for awhile, when I confronted them about it they said “that’s not true we inspect them before they leave and make sure they leave” to which I said explain to me why I was missing a valve cover then, to which was answered “oh people just steal those all the time” they steal valve caps? For what purpose? That’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard, and if they inspect the vehicles to make sure they are ready to go why was my truck told to me with the ac not working, the windshield broken still, some sort of whining noise coming from the back driver passenger tire (which they are refusing to address or acknowledge) and come to find out from changing this tire the ENTIRE BOTTOM OF MY TRUCK IS RUSTED OUT!!! Oh they also left a trailer hitch on it that requires a key to remove it that’s also rusted so I can’t even get that off. I’ve also asked about them checking for a second key MULTIPLE times now for a WEEK to which I get told “well you do realize you’re not my only customer right?” I’m not sure how hard it is to check for a second key that you can’t find time to do that in a weeks time. - Kathleen Love
