  I had an amazing experience at Kia of Anderson! From start to finish, everything was smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. A big thank you to Dravyn, who helped me throughout the entire process. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision. I never felt pressured at all, which I really appreciated. The team was transparent and worked with me to find a car that truly fit my needs and budget. Everything was explained clearly, and the whole experience felt easy and well-organized. I absolutely love my car and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I highly recommend Kia of Anderson, and if you go, definitely ask for Dravyn — he’ll take great care of you! 🙌

  I had an exceptional experience working with Cross and Lee at Anderson Kia. I had a specific car in mind, and they went above and beyond to ensure I got it at the best price. They even drove the car from a different dealer, tinted the windows, and completed all the necessary paperwork before my arrival. The entire process was incredibly fast, stress-free, and enjoyable.   Horrible oil mess after our new vehicles first service. This is a brand new car on its first oil change…….the most basic of services for a tech (Nick), but he left an absolute mess. I came home to a puddle of oil on the floor where my wife's car was parked the day after service, and Immediately called her to meet me at the dealership for them to look over things. Sick to my stomach for thinking about what they could have messed up on our brand new car, we arrived to the dealership to thankfully find out that it had nothing to do with engine itself, but the tech ‘made a mess because oil goes everywhere during the change’. They easily perform 20 oil changes on Kia’s on any given day….. there wouldn’t be a mess if they removed the lower shield to complete the service, and even as a tech who is lazy enough to not remove the lower cover…… seeing the mess that he made, he is just going to send a customer on their way leaking oil everywhere and making a mess out of a brand new car? Are they making this mess on every oil change? That is peak laziness. During this inspection, 2 techs ‘took care of cleaning up the oil’ after a quick wipe down from below, and without even popping the hood they sent me on my way without any apology for the mess or the waste of time that this was. I came home to look over things myself to pop the hood to find spilled oil on the top of the engine from where new oil was added and spilled over the top of the engine, and shining a light below at the lower engine cover I could tell oil was still pooled underneath the engine. After jacking the car up, removing a few bolts and clips, I was easily able to remove the lower cover and assess the mess they left behind (literally would have taken them a few minutes for them to have avoided all of this)This would have been a simple cleanup in the first place for the tech when the oil was changed, could have been an easy cleanup when I came in for them to make sure it wasn’t anything with the engine, but no, n

  Ja’Ron was amazing to work with!! He didn’t pressure us into buying the vehicle- he simply listened to what we wanted and was able to lead us to the 2025 KIA K5. Such a great guy!!!
