  Jalen was my salesman and he was so amazing. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and was able to answer my questions. Rob was also great and helpful with finances. Overall I had a great experience with them helping me to buy my first car. I would recommend!

  Traveled over 65 miles to purchase a pre-owned Lexus and my wife & I were treated like celebrities. The car was spotless and parked right out front. (a very nice touch) Both Rob Haas (Pre-Owner Mgr.) and John Cary (Salesman) were great. The entire process of buying the car and taking delivery was efficient and effortless. They both answered our questions and provided the answers and needed advice.

  Highly recommend Hyundai of Annapolis Pre-Owned! I’ve had my car for over a month now and absolutely love it. The team was highly professional, hooked me up with the best deal, and even checked in throughout the month to make sure everything was running smoothly. Outstanding customer service. And, Do yourself a favor and ask for John Cary, he'll take great care of you!

The service team was super friendly and welcoming. They worked me in right away and took care of everything I needed. Highly recommended for buy new Hyundai car you can trade in is amazing. I got a two vehicle from Edgewater I’m so happy 😀

  I recently purchased a 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid Calligraphy from Annapolis Hyundai as an out-of-state buyer from New Jersey, a process that can often feel daunting and complicated. Ryon Sauble made the entire experience remarkably smooth and stress-free. Also, Anya was so very calm all through the process given the traffic at the dealership onsite location she still was super patient and helpful all the time :) From the very first interaction, Ryon was transparent, professional, and genuinely responsive. He handled all documentation electronically, provided a fully itemized out-the-door breakdown without me having to chase it, and coordinated the NJ title and registration through seamlessly all without requiring me to physically be at the dealership until pickup day. What stood out most was his honesty and patience throughout the process. He never used pressure tactics, answered every question thoroughly, and made me feel like a valued customer despite being an out-of-state buyer with no obligation to choose Annapolis over local dealers. Both Ryon and Anya are amazing people who valued us as customers!! Amzing customer obsession I must say. If you're considering buying from Annapolis Hyundai, especially from out of state I highly recommend working with Ryon. He sets the standard for what a car buying experience should be.
