  Seamless. From the test drive to the sales experience to the delivery. Friendly and seamless. I investigated Subaru pretty extensively and am so confident in the car but seeing the way the dealership gives back to the local community made the decision much easier. 1000% recommend

  I recently purchased a 2026 Subaru Crosstrek Wilderness from Annapolis Subaru and had an outstanding experience working with Jay Enselein. I arrived having done extensive research on the Crosstrek Wilderness, and Jay impressed me from the start with his thorough knowledge of the vehicle its features, specifications, trim distinctions, and competitive advantages. He answered every question with confidence and accuracy, which is no small feat given the depth of my research. What stood out most was Jay's exceptional patience during the paperwork process. I needed to coordinate with my insurance company to finalize coverage before completing the transaction. Rather than rushing or pressuring me, Jay remained calm, accommodating, and supportive throughout turning what could have been a stressful moment into a seamless experience. Jay made the car buying process feel like a partnership rather than a transaction. He was straightforward, never pushy, and genuinely focused on ensuring I was making the right decision. Even after the sale, Jay has continued to demonstrate his commitment to customer satisfaction following up personally to check how things are going with the new vehicle and making himself available for any questions.   Just purchased a Subaru Crosstrek and the sales person, David Winters, and all the other staff were wonderful in guiding me through this purchase. Mr. Winter was very patient as I asked questions about different models so I could find what I thought would best meet my needs and in the price range I was wanting to pay. Since my purchase, Mr. Winters has followed up with emails to see if I had any other questions. I am a senior citizen and realized it was the first car I bought on my own even though my late husband and I have had several Subarus/ other cars over the years and many of my questions were those any new car buyer might have whether you are 16 or 80 that should be answered and were before purchasing a new car.

  We had a very pleasant experience with Susan getting our Subaru Outback! It was a very busy day but everyone was so nice and the ambiance of this dealership was amazing! The service wait area is in the bottom floor with snacks, coffee, soda and water. The seats there were comfy. They have a play area for kids that has some toys and books. They also have a Free Little Library outside. So cute!

  David was awesome to work with! Super friendly, professional, and answered all of our questions. The whole process was very easy and stress-free — we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. William in finance was also very helpful and made the process super easy! I’ve been a Subaru customer for 15 years and will definitely keep coming back.
