“****I would give ZERO STARS if I could. **** Car buyers, beware... this dealer is not the place to buy a vehicle. We had one of the most frustrating and disappointing dealership experiences here on April 25, 2026. Before making the trip, we called and confirmed the Tesla Model 3 we were interested in would be fully ready by 5:00 PM. Based on that, we drove four hours with our two-year-old to complete a deal that had already been worked out ahead of time, including our Mazda lease trade-in. We arrived around 7:45 PM, and from the start things felt off. There were salespeople outside on their phones, and once inside, I was walked back toward finance. One finance manager was sitting in his office with the door shut and music blasting, not acknowledging anyone. We were then redirected to another finance manager. Even though our deal had already been structured and paperwork completed ahead of time, we were suddenly told our lease trade-in couldn’t be handled the way it was originally set up and would need to be done “on the side.” That made no sense, considering everything had already been finalized before we even arrived. Because of that, we had to redo the paperwork we had already signed. During that process, we were asked to sign documents that were blank or not filled out, and when we questioned it, we were told that was just how they had to do it. We also had to re-sign multiple documents due to date errors. After that, we were left standing in the lobby for about 5–10 minutes with no direction before anyone realized we were even done. When we finally went out to see the car, it was immediately clear it was not in the condition we were told. The scratches that were supposed to be fixed were not properly done, and there were multiple additional issues that were never disclosed. There was damage on the rear driver side, chipped paint inside the rear door, a heavily scratched passenger mirror cap, and a broken trim piece sitting loose in the front compartment.”
