  Where do I begin? I’ve been with the Arrigo Sawgrass family for over 4 years now and they have always taken care of me but this time was extremely special. I was ready to start a new chapter and get a new car, so the night before I inquired about a few vehicles online and first thing at 9 am Chris Lowenthal called me with the warmest, kindest energy and lead me into the best deal I’ve ever had with buying a car. He encouraged me to come in and assured me he’d do his best to take care of me and that he did! When I arrived I was instantly greeted with the most kind welcome from EVERYONE and made to feel at home. His partner Jamie took over to help him assist me and Jamie was absolutely amazing!!! He was so caring, honest,patient, thorough and extremely knowledgeable about the car buying process. He made me feel at ease and excited about the entire process. He also fought to get me the best deal and for that I will be forever grateful! Chris was also very attentive he checked on me the whole time I was there,and he taught me so much about the jeep product. He stayed until the end to make sure I was happy which meant so much to me. because of these guys I drove off the lot in a beautiful!! 2026 jeep wrangler my first brand new car and when I tell you I am in love!!!! I am on cloud 9 everyday!!! I can’t thank them enough!!! And lastly LaLa in finance was truly ‘that girl’ she’s so sweet and phenomenal with her knowledge in finance.She makes sure you understand what you’re signing and takes her time to ensure you don’t feel like just a number. I could write a novel about my day at Arrigo sawgrass but I’ll close this review with saying THANK YOU!!!! I prayed so hard for a wonderful experience when I bought my next car and my expectations were exceeded. I’m so blessed and grateful! Thank you to the Arrigo sawgrass team!   Buyer Beware – Safety Comes Last I would never recommend Arrigo Sawgrass. My cousin purchased a Tesla from this dealership, and within a week the vehicle began pulling and shaking aggressively to the right. She repeatedly contacted the dealership because she knew something was wrong, but her concerns were ignored for months. When I accompanied her to speak with the General Manager, Mark Ricciardi, he told us he had no knowledge of what had been going on with the vehicle. I found that astonishing. My cousin had been calling the dealership almost every day for nearly a month trying to get someone to address what we believed was a serious safety issue. For the General Manager to claim he knew nothing about it showed, in my opinion, a serious lack of communication, accountability, and leadership within the dealership. If a customer is calling almost every day about a potentially unsafe vehicle, the General Manager should already be aware of the situation before the customer ever walks into his office. I asked to see the vehicle’s pre-sale inspection report, and he claimed they couldn’t find it. That immediately raised concerns. We also had Tesla’s inspection report stating that two rims were bent and a third rim had been welded. In my opinion, a vehicle with those reported issues should never have been sold without first being properly repaired. When I asked the General Manager for his name, he refused to tell me. I found that extremely unprofessional. After doing my own investigation, I learned his name is Mark Ricciardi. Throughout our interaction, I found him to be condescending, loud, and aggressive. As a woman, I felt he treated me with a complete lack of respect. Instead of addressing our concerns, he threatened to call law enforcement because I questioned the missing pre-sale inspection report. He even told my cousin that if I didn’t leave, he would refuse to repair her vehicle and she would have to pay for it herself. After I stood my ground and refused to

  5 stars for Khaled! I recently brought my wife’s Wrangler in for service, and I have to say the experience really stood out. Even though Khaled was already assisting another customer, he acknowledged me right away, made me feel welcome, and took care of me with a smile. He even spoke Spanish to my surprise! That level of customer service is hard to find these days. He was professional, friendly, and made the whole process easy. It’s the kind of service that keeps customers coming back.   I had an outstanding experience at Arrigo Chrysler Dodge. From start to finish, the entire process was professional, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable. I especially want to recognize Chris Lowenthal and his brother Larry, who were both excellent to work with. They were true experts in managing the sales process, from the vehicle presentation to the test drive and final delivery. They answered my questions clearly, explained the features well, and made the entire experience feel easy and no-pressure. What stood out most was that I felt appreciated as a customer. Chris and Larry took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me get a good price that fit within the budget I had planned. I truly enjoyed getting to know them during the process. I also want to give a shout-out to the finance official who helped put my deal together. That part of the process was handled smoothly and professionally as well. It was like talking to a best friend. Overall, I left the dealership very pleased with both the vehicle and the way I was treated. I will definitely return for another purchase in a couple of years and would gladly recommend Arrigo Chrysler Dodge to others. Key takeaway: Go to Arriago ! They really want to sell you a vehicle! Other Dodge dealerships will only keep crying about how they cannot make a deal.

  The Good I've been going here for years and always got great service - techs seem to know what they are doing and fix issues correctly the first time. Even something as simple as tires - I've had tire shops mess up the balance, damage wheels, etc. That doesn't happen to me here. The dealership is clean, has on-site amenities like TVs, food/drinks (for a charge). It is a pleasant environment to be in, with friendly staff all-around. I also love how they offer free Uber rides to/from the dealership within a 15 mile radius. This makes coordinating service MUCH easier for me. The Bad I don't like their loaner car policy. I had to get a loaner car for a recent warranty service that took approx 2 weeks to complete (transfer case replacement). You pay for a Hertz loaner (they have a Hertz kiosk on-site), and then you have to submit a "claim" to get reimbursed. This feels like a non-customer-centric process - one more thing I have keep track of to make sure it is actually refunded - I am sure whoever came up with this policy is banking on that I will lose track of it. I have a $428 charge on my credit card from 5/29, that I am still waiting for a credit for on 6/16. When I needed loaners in the past, other dealers either had a fleet of loaners on-site, or they transported you to a partner rental car company they had an arrangement with and I had to pay nothing out-of-pocket. I would love to things go back to "the old way".
