  Was there for tires and oil change,and also alignment. Great service, I appreciate you guys and will definitely be back! Edit: Returned with my 2500 Ram Diesel to have an oil leak repaired. Great experience! Brand new loaner, and the price was right on with the estimate. Amellia kept me up to date on the progress and also sent pictures of my truck in the bay. I recommend Asheboro CDJR for any service needs! They have proven themselves to be honest, and only fix what needs it. Shout out to Amellia for being friendly and going above and beyond to make sure the experience was great. I cannot say enough I'm things about the staff! Thank you!!!

  I could not say enough great things about this dealership. Jonathan, Brandon, Donnie, and Cameron are all amazing at what they do. They got a deal for me so good on my brand new 2025 Durango that I was willing to drive five hours from Kentucky! When I got to the dealership, they already had it detailed, full of gas, and waiting for me. They also had all the paperwork ready for me to sign. Seamless process. No hidden add-ons, fees, or that crap, which is why I drove so far to buy from them. Cameron in finance said they pride themselves on transparency and it is 100% the truth. Easiest car transaction I have ever had. I would definitely make that trip again whenever I need another vehicle!

  Take your car here for a safety recall issue, and they just gouge you for the same part that is faulty and recalled then charge labor for 2 hours to put a shifter cable on. Sorry but if the mechanics here weren't slow and lazy the cable wouldn't have taken 2 hours and labor wouldn't cost almost four hundred dollars. Spent days back and forth on the phone and when the issue arose about the remedy part not being avalible the head mechanic got on the phone with a disgusting attitude acting as if he done some great service for me. Couldn't explain to me why it took him so long. The car was there from Wednesday till the next Monday. Poor service, poor communication, definitely not helpful and seemed all to eager for you to pay them.

  Great experience, the salesperson asked me exactly what I wanted in a truck. He showed me the many features then the managers worked together to get me the right price for my trade. They also gave me a good price and interest rate for the new truck and they were up honest no gimmicks. The delivery was a pleasant experience with much gratitude for my business.   Drive almost 90 minutes for my appointment here to see/test drive a used 2019 Ram 1500. Met Haley who was extremely pleasant and went on the test drive then came back to discuss numbers. Gave me a great deal on my Tacoma trade in and after going over a few estimates that looked in my price range we pulled the trigger and actually got an even better and lower monthly payment than I was expecting. We then met Cameron and went over the warranties/extended warranty programs and he was tremendous. Worked with us to find a perfect match that also turned out to be great as it didn't increase the monthly payment as much as I thought it would and we got great coverage on the truck. Haley and Cameron were absolutely spectacular and wonderful people to talk with. They went above and beyond to make our drive worth it and we drove home in a truck that is beautiful and rides like a dream (and has that gorgeous Hemi power!). Hats off to you both! Highly recommend them!
