  Service department is full of shady, unprofessional employees. DROVE my truck in to get inspected because at times I was having issues with it going into gears. First, they said 250 for the diagnostic then called me and said they needed another 250 because they needed more time on it. 🚩 They said it was the ABS module and it would take about 3300 + to fix. 🚩Dealership kept trying toget me get a new car and trade mine in. 🚩 approximately three months later the truck was still not fixed so I went to pick it up. IT NEVER DROVE AGAIN. 🚩 I had to get it towed back to my place. Snakes 🐍

  I recently had a great experience at Atlantic Auto Group thanks to Kevin. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and honestly way less stressful than I expected when dealing with a dealership. Kevin was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel pressured.   Matt K helped me buy my new Jetta. I’ve had ni issues with the vehicle and the buying process was made super easy with Matt. The price he was able to get me I thought was very generous and overall had a great buying experience. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new car.

  Whitney is the absolute best!! What a great experience!! The most stress free car purchase experience I have EVER had. No one that I spoke with was pushy or made me feel uncomfortable in any type of way! I went just looking to sell my car/find a car with a lower monthly payment, specifically with a manual transmission and AWD, as they are becoming harder and harder to come by nowadays. Whitney came to greet me and welcome me in. She actively listen to my wants and needs for my new vehicle, and helped me with my trade in that I still carried a balance on. Whitney brought me back three vehicle choices that matched exactly what I was looking for. As I saw she had recommended the 2021 Subaru STI, I was timid if they could truly get me into this car with affordable payments as I stated I needed to be equal to or less on my current monthly payment. Whitney and the sales manager were very transparent and didn’t waste a single minute of my time. They worked incredibly hard with the banks to get me to where I needed to be, and they absolutely nailed it! I was blown away when they brought the numbers back right where I wanted it to be, I couldn’t believe it. No haggling, no hidden over charges, just straight to the point with very clear break downs of ALL costs included in the deal. Never in my life have I had such an incredible and quick car buying experience. A great big thank you to Whitney for providing excellent customer service and truly showing customers that you care! You sold me my dream car today after years of having to say goodbye to my old Subaru STI. I couldn’t be more thankful for everyone there who made this deal happen!!
