“I KNEW BETTER than to return to this dealer. SAVE your LIFE by going to another certified location that will actually carry out the multi point inspection while servicing your vehicle. Took my vehicle in for a recall, expressed my concerns of prior bad experiences with the service manager. Not only did they lie on multi inspection - they literally checked nothing but said everything passed. I will NEVER return and they will definitely be hearing from my legal representatives after this. Sent me out with no bolts attached to brake caliper - pads were gone - leave it to them everything passed per their report.”
