“I was searching for a unicorn: a black 2024 S5 Cabriolet Prestige with the Sport Package, pristine condition, and very low miles. I found exactly that at Audi Cary, there was just one tiny problem: the car was 529 miles away. I began working with Wael on December 8th, starting with a detailed video walk-around. The car looked fantastic, so I moved forward with the purchase. Since I couldn’t pick it up until December 20th, the team had plenty of time to prepare the car. I requested PPF and ceramic coating, and everything was completed during those two weeks. I also asked for a few last-minute accessories, and they were ready and installed when I arrived.
