  I was searching for a unicorn: a black 2024 S5 Cabriolet Prestige with the Sport Package, pristine condition, and very low miles. I found exactly that at Audi Cary, there was just one tiny problem: the car was 529 miles away. I began working with Wael on December 8th, starting with a detailed video walk-around. The car looked fantastic, so I moved forward with the purchase. Since I couldn’t pick it up until December 20th, the team had plenty of time to prepare the car. I requested PPF and ceramic coating, and everything was completed during those two weeks. I also asked for a few last-minute accessories, and they were ready and installed when I arrived. John, the business manager, handled all of the paperwork seamlessly. He was very professional. Pickup day involved a 9-hour-and-2-minute drive. Was it worth it? YES, YES, YES. There were no surprises, no changes to my trade value, no last-minute negotiations. Everything we discussed over the phone was exactly as promised. Wael and John were truly outstanding. The drive home was another 7½ hours, and it was absolutely worth every mile. If you’re traveling to Audi Cary from New Jersey or New York, bring them bagels, they’ll appreciate it!

  I cannot say enough good things about my recent experience with Audi of Cary. My last two vehicle purchases were through Audi Raleigh, and those experiences generally took what felt like forever to get through both the sales and finance processes. This experience was the complete opposite. My sales rep, Katya, was absolutely amazing. She took the time to truly listen to my needs and worked tirelessly with the sales management team to get me to a lease rate I was genuinely comfortable with. To top it off, the finance process was incredibly smooth, there was zero added pressure, and I was entirely done in less than 20 minutes. Overall, this was an AMAZING experience from start to finish. Audi of Cary has earned my future business, and I will absolutely be back when this lease is up!

  DO NOT BUY AN AUDI Q6!!! I was so excited to get my first luxury car. I chose the Audi Q6 - an EV. BIG MISTAKE!!! Audi added so much technology that doesn't work. My car was brand new. Here are a few of the error messages that have happened to me. My car has been in the shop 3 times (it is less than 6 months old). Every time that I pick it up, new quirks happen. You are driving and random error messages start going off. The back lift gate decided to stop working. The cool interior lights didn't start working until 4 1/2 months and 2 times in the shop. Screen goes blank when you are driving. When you switch users it gets stuck "loading settings". The list goes on and on. When it goes into the shop, they hook up to the servers in Germany. When they "patch" one thing, it is common for it to create an error somewhere else. STAY AWAY. Check Facebook: Audi Q6 e-tron Owners USA. I am not alone in my experience.

  Johnnie Richards at Audi Cary was a pleasure to work with and made the whole process a pleasure. Their whole team were professional and did not over sell or push. They went above and beyond to make sure the process was stress free and made accommodations when necessary. I would definitely consider purchasing from them again, even though I do not live in the state. Thank you.

  I had an amazing experience meeting and purchasing my 2026 Audi RS3 and 2018 Dodge Ram for my Son from Johnnie Richards at Audi Cary. He was easy to talk to and listen to my needs in making my purchase(s). He walked me through all the technology of the vehicle’s and the test drive in the Audi RS3 was awesome and unforgettable. He was knowledgeable of the performance in handling on the road, which was very impressive. He stayed after hours to ensure I was comfortable with the features of my new vehicle’s. He went above and beyond to deliver the Audi RS3 to my home. I would definitely recommend asking for Johnnie Richards if you are in search of a new vehicle, he is the best!
