  I have a 2025 RS/3. Went through the summer Bridgestones and replaced with Michelin Pilot Sport 2. The vibration I though was due to wear was even worse. After a couple of trips to the tire dealer who sold me the tires, they discovered both front wheels were bent.! First time in my life, I had added tire/wheel secondary insurance from the Dealer I purchased from in Asheville. With 30 series tires all around, there’s not much forgiveness over harsh bumps & Knoxvilles Interstates are awful. While Harper wasn’t the selling dealer, the Treatment I received was as good or better than I expected. The service advisor made the call to the insurance the wheels were covered by . I didn’t lift a finger. Wheels were repaired, tires balanced & I was on my way in less than 24 hours. Top shelf service.. top shelf attitude. Highly recommend Harper Audi my service advisors name was Todd. Ask for him if you enjoy being treated well.

  Amazing experience from start to finish!! No pressure, full knowledge, complete support, excellent exit review of vehicles details, the working elements (“how-to”) and capabilities of the vehicle!!! Highly recommend working with Harper Audi. Calder was such a great “no pressure” sales rep and Shaun nailed it with trainings us on the assets of our new little Q3!!

  My wife and I bought her Audi from here back in 2022 and we enjoyed the experience so much that I bought my new Audi from here as well this past week. We now have two Audi’s. An A5 and a s3. The dealership is always great. The service department is always helpful. Customer service is top notch. The buying experience is always a pleasure. I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a New Audi. My contact there is Kay. She was really helpful and great to work with.

  Friendly staff with zero pressure. Had a tentative deal in place before driving two hours from Nashville. The whole process was easy and I am very happy with my new car! Thanks to Calder!

  This is definitely a Five Star dealership. Tyrell Jemerson is the best car salesman I've ever purchased a vehicle from! I called the dealership from another state to inquire about an Audi they had in stock and Tyrell answered all my questions! He was very knowledgeable about the car and all the features it has. I drove 4 hours to pick the car up and the in store experience was very professional and friendly.Thanks for your help Tyrell. The finance manager Tim Miller was able to get me a better interest rate than my credit union was giving me! Thanks Tim!
