Audi Santa Barbara

I had to take my Audi TT roadster in to Santa Barbara Audi to find out what was wrong with it because it was not Running. The service department contacted me said they had received the car and we’re starting to work on it. They diagnosed the problems very quickly and explain them very thoroughly to me. Initially, I thought the vehicle might have to be totaled due to rodent damage. After their inspection, I was told there was no rodent damage and all I needed was a battery replaced. I also had the vehicle serviced there. They did a great job. We’re very forthcoming and I am very happy with the results and of course with their service

Carlos, the tech extraordinaire had the apps loaded, ready to review and customize when I arrived to pick up the car.
