  I shopped online choosing preferred options on the Audi website, two similar cars were found in Audi West Chester’s inventory. Dan Novak helped me refine my choices to get the exact details I wanted in my new A6 which we found in another dealer’s inventory. It was no problem for Jake the sales manager. I traded my Mercedes and got an excellent price from the onsite used car dept. From start to finish it was a great deal with people I trusted.

  I had an outstanding experience at Audi of West Chester from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, Donte made me feel welcome and genuinely cared about making sure I found exactly what I wanted. He and Claudio worked incredibly hard throughout the entire process to make it happen, and they kept me updated every step of the way—even sending photos so I could see my new car. The buying process was smooth, transparent, and completely stress-free. Dave in Finance made the paperwork surprisingly enjoyable—he was a pleasure to chat with and made everything painless. Zack did a fantastic job walking me through all of the technology in the car. He took the time to answer every question I had and made sure I felt comfortable before I left. He followed up with additional informational videos to refer back to. What really stood out was the level of customer service. Donte even reached out on his day off to make sure everything was still on track. That kind of dedication is rare and speaks volumes about the team. If you're looking for an Audi dealership that truly values its customers, I can't recommend Audi of West Chester enough.   I had an incredible experience purchasing my 2025 Audi A5 at Audi West Chester. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, kind, and genuinely helpful, a refreshing change from the typical car-buying experience. Christie and Claudio were exceptional: attentive, patient, and truly focused on understanding what mattered to me. I never felt pressured, only supported. Jake also made the finance process smooth and easy, explaining everything clearly and thoughtfully. Car shopping can be intimidating, especially as a woman, but I felt completely comfortable and confident throughout. I’m absolutely thrilled with my new Audi and highly recommend Audi West Chester. Five stars all around!

  Team there was super easy to work with. Taylor the sales manager was awesome and stayed after hours to go over the car and options with me. Was super transparent about the car history and services/repairs done! Daniel was also great and made sure to go over the car with me and answer all of my questions. Overall happy with my experience!

  Just had a terrific purchase experience at Audi West Chester. If you’re looking for an Audi, I would highly recommend giving Christie Parker a call. She, and her manager Claudio, made me feel welcome, helped guide me in all-things-Audi, found and procured my perfect SUV, and answered every question. It was, by far, the most enjoyable car buying experience ever
