  I was shopping for 2026 ram 1500 pick up to replace my 2021 ram 1500 Limited. I went to the AutoNation website and searched their inventory and found some remarkable deals. I went to the dealership on Saturday morning and was and was pleasantly surprised by the warm greeting which I received. In addition, it was a totally painless buying experience. I got a great deal on my ram 1500 Longhorn Limited. It would not hesitate to purchase a vehicle from AutoNation.

  Brandon was our salesman and my wife absolutely hates the car buying experience. From the time that I arrived, we felt that the dreaded experience was not here. I explained exactly what we were looking for and Brandon allowed us to compare the trucks we were interested in side by side. Even my wife, remember she HATES dealerships, didn’t mind the experience and did not get too annoyed. This was largely due to Brandon’s calmness and patience in our very many requests. We did have some tension with our trade but it was to be expected. When we got to the finance side, the process was not bad. I changed the vehicle mid way through the process, I know this has to be annoying, but the guy doing the paperwork did not show that at all. We were way past closing time before the deal was done, but we did not feel rushed or feel like they were inconvenienced by my own indecision. I know they must have been, because I would have, but they were still super calm and accommodating. The facility had several lounging areas and places for my children to play without running wild. All in all, a very good car buying experience, even if you dislike the process. Brandon was by far the best salesman I have ever dealt with and we have bought several vehicles in our lives. Like I said there was some tension with our trade in, but we didn’t let it “spoil the soup”.

  I had a great experience at AutoNation Dodge! I did some online browsing and knew what I was looking for. Omar was the first person I met and he helped me through the whole process. I test drove a vehicle and showed interest. Omar checked in with me a day or 2 later to see how he could help. We came to an agreement and I eventually purchased the vehicle. Vehicle was in great condition and delivered as promised. If you’re looking for a great used car, I would recommend AutoNation Dodge!!

  Planning to travel via pulling an RV travel trailer so past my Lexus RX to my daughter. Purchased a new RAM 2500 Diesel Crew Cab as my tow vehicle from AutoNation Spring location. Great pricing and purchasing experience. Went to their service dept. for some parts add-ons. Service and technician were mindful of the level of service I had come to expect from my previous Lexus ownership. My AutoNation service experience was as good as my Lexus service experiences. Though I am somewhat harder than some to satisfy, AutoNation met every expectation. Outstanding sales & service level experiences to date.
