  Wow! Wow!! Wow!!! I got an amazing DEALLLL And most of all family friendly service! After check all my local dealerships: Los Angeles/Sherman oaks, etc. I ended up at Valencia Ram because of Jonathan Booth! After being in the real estate business for so many years I believe I've learned how to tell who's a good guy and who's not over the phone just by talking to someone over the phone. 1st impressions DO COUNT! After calling around almost every Ram dealer with in a 200 miles radius!!!! And experience all the bait and switch tactics other dealerships sadly try to sell a car...... I found my "home dealership" at Ram Valencia thanks to Jonathan Booth. Long story short! He was HONEST, with me over the phone from the start! He went through the truck features I wanted And needed, even helped me figure out which truck options best fits my needs. He was warm, caring, and genuine!!! And no matter how much I negotiated 🤣🤣🤣🤩 He always kept it family friendly and gave me the best deal out there! I honestly only bought from Valencia because of Jonathan's amazing knowledge of the truck, it's options, and he was a cool guy do work him. I appreciate him. Plus! I didn't wanna lose money, NOTTT, buying from him....so over 10 STARS! out of 5. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐! Jonathan sent me all the final truck info I wanted, then he SAVED IT FOR ME,😎🙏🙏🙏🙏 as I drove the well worth it 30 minutes each trip to shake his hand finalize the purchase. He has a strong team! That helped get my contracts and everything done surprisingly quickly! I was in and out in a reasonable time about 2hr. Start to finish.... including all my questions on the bells and whistles on my new truck! 🙏😎😎😎 And a huge surprise at the end! The branch manager came by to say hello!!! And we were star shocked!! For a moment and everyone was cool and family friendly. I much appreciate their family friendly business atmosphere vs all the rest. Thanks Jonathan and his team Anthony and the finance guys!

  I had a great experience here. Huge thank you to Ryan and Andre for helping me find the car that felt right for me. They were both incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely friendly throughout the entire process. They made everything smooth and stress-free, and I never felt pressured at any point. Really appreciate their professionalism and support, highly recommend working with them if you’re looking for a new vehicle.

  We did a lot of research to find the exact vehicle that suited our needs. The staff, especially Gary Michaels, were very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. One of the easiest car buying experiences I’ve had. Manager Mike made it easy and finance guru Carlos was very professional and proficient. I’d highly recommend them if you’re shopping for a vehicle. Unfortunately I would NOT recommend their service department.

  I came in genuinely ready to buy a used 2018 Ford Edge ST, but the entire experience felt like a revolving door of sales tactics and manipulation attempts. Ryan the first salesman I spoke to especially relied on very obvious pressure tactics that were honestly hard to take seriously as someone who studied and reads behavior for a living. Not to mention, I was constantly passed between employees instead of dealing with one honest, consistent person, which immediately made the process feel disorganized and untrustworthy. The dealership’s pricing also felt misleading because the website out the door price did not clearly reflect an additional add-on package once discussions became more serious. They were also unwilling to negotiate despite the car having 94k miles, which means major maintenance services at 95k and 100k would realistically come up almost immediately for someone like me who drives for work full time. The car drove fine, but details like lingering rubber smell in the cabin after acceleration (that was brushed off by salesman) cracked side markers, missing tire valve stem caps, and white specks all over the black paint that were not easily removable made it clear the vehicle was not being presented with the level of care they were implying. Overall, the experience felt more focused on wearing the customer down than being transparent. I’d strongly recommend buyers inspect everything carefully and not let themselves get rushed or manipulated

  This process was super easy and smooth. Victor was great about following up throughout the process of me applying for the financing to get approved on the vehicle I wanted. Giovanni the finance guy was great, very personable, and compassionate. He was very kind to my kids throughout the whole process and worked out a deal that was hard to pass up. He even reworked the deal where I wouldn't have to put anything down, which was awesome. Only downside, I wish they would have provided new windshield wipers as asked and paid more attention to the weather stripping on my vehicle because some spots are coming off. Those are small, cheap things to fix though.
