  The absolute best experience ive had at a dealership! They never had the pushy salesman script, nothing but genuine people who truly cared about helping find the best car for us.

  Great buying experience. Was in and out. Rich and Jesse were great to work. I came all the way over from Bremerton and would do so again to purchase a car here with Rich. I forgot my temp tags and they mailed them to me. Great customer care even after the sale.

  NOT AWESOME! went in looked at a 2023 Silverado priced at $33k but they had to detail/service as was a new trade in.... 3 days later it's ready.. but now the price is $35,890 .... figured i was on the hook and juice me for more... I'll take my business elsewhere. FYI: all dealerships in the are owned by the same entity (i-5cars, i-5toyota, awesome ford, awesome Chevrolet) its a MONOPOLY on the local consumers.

  I called and talked with Tucker about what we were needing and when we would be available to meet with him. When we got there the specific car he had picked out for us was up front and center. Unfortunately it was black and my wife won’t own a black car. Tucker had another car that was a good prospect. After a test drive we decided it really wouldn’t do for us. Tucker said another dealership in the group had a car that might do for us. So we drove over and swapped cars. We decided the car at the other dealership would do for us. In the process of working through the paperwork, including financing, the finance guy found a Credit Union that was offering financing 1.5% lower than what our own credit union offered. The process was pretty easy, seamless, and a little pain as possible considering we now have a car payment.

  I had a great experience with Jordan and the rest of the team. I don’t live near by so I had to rely the salesman to represent the vehicle. He answered all my questions honestly and sent additional photos when I asked. I felt confident in what I was getting and am very happy with my purchase.
