  We had a great experience buying our car here today with Sean our salesperson and Juan in finance. Sean was super helpful and attentive. We came in a couple of weeks ago to just look. He answered all of our questions both then and today. We were supposed to buy a car from a different dealership down the road, but they were unprepared, unhelpful, and sold the car we came to buy without telling us. We remembered how nice it was to work with Sean so we came back and are so happy we did. Signing papers and understanding what we were signing was as pain free as possible with Juan. He honestly didn’t pressure us to buy anything extra that we didn’t want or ask for. He’s a smart and kind person who I’d be more than happy to work with again and so is Sean. He helped get us a car we never thought we’d be able to. Once we were getting our keys, he helped us sync our phones to the car and helped teach us about all the features. Thank you again, Sean and Juan. You’re the best!

  Just wanted to share my overall experience with Ball Kia. I saw the advertisement's online and thought this dealership looked promising. I am someone with challenged credit but an okay down payment. Challenged credit does not detour me from my car shopping goals. I originally went in for a certified pre-owned vehicle and left with a brand new 2026 Kia Seltos EX. I knew financing was gonna be tough for me but Jorge Rodriguez contacted me the next day with an offer for leasing with a confirmed approval. I had never done leasing before but decided to see the option. Due to the timing Alejandro Scherer took over the sale as he also works with Jorge in closing deals. He was amazing showing me different options, colors but most notably the knowledge of the product captured me. Since approved it was time to meet Juan Cabada in finance who was very communitive and transparent with the lease. Honesty is a trait I admire so the deal was done. Shout out to Sadeer Jallo for only you can do what you do to help, thank you for the kindness. And lastly Jerry for his thoughtful handshakes and delivery of my new baby. I am already looking for my future upgrade haha with Ball Kia of course and I will definitely be sending some business over direct so everyone I know can experience the Ball Effect!   This was my first time visiting Ball Kia for an oil change, and the experience was outstanding. Joseph was my service advisor, and he provided phenomenal customer service from start to finish. He clearly explained the oil change and thoughtfully recommended other services my vehicle needed—never pushy, just genuinely helpful and professional. What truly impressed me was that Joseph honored a coupon from another location, which speaks volumes about their customer-first approach. The entire visit was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Exceptional service, great communication, and top-tier customer relations. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend Ball Kia! 🌟👏

  I am very happy with the service I received. Paul was very helpful in advising me to come in and get my Kia checked out. While my car was in their care, he communicated with me the whole time and kept me updated on everything that was going on. I really appreciated his professionalism, honesty, and great customer service. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs their vehicle serviced.   Just purchased a 2025 Kia Telluride. The experience was great. Smooth paperwork processing and lots of patience for us. Raul, our salesperson, was amazing! He took the time to answer any questions we had and never put any pressure to buy. Will definitely be returning for future purchases.!. I recommend 100%. Ask for Raul! 🙂
