  Found a diesel truck i liked from an car search Travis responded back to me within couple hours. Went for test drive and discussed about purchase it told him let me go home and think about it next couple days I reached back out to Travis ask him I'll take it. Definitely good place to buy a vehicle laid back and no pressure on buying a vehicle. THANKS TRAVIS really love my truck

  This place turned a nightmare into a daydream. What one dealership could not find with 3 hours of inspection and an escalation to TAC, Baum Chevrolet found in what seemed to be about 30 minutes or less. My Equinox EV is back to charging her fastest, and the summary documents provided to me radiate confidence and understanding in their craft. Im coming here for all future service, the technicians here have gained my trust when I needed them the most.

  Absolutely love my new, used, truck! It's exactly what I was wanting. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with making the deal with these gentlemen! Relaxing atmosphere, easy to talk with and Tony Lee and his crew were awesome. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle, don't buy anything until you go to Clinton Il and talk to these guys! Ill be back for all my service and business ..100% A+

  I drove 4 hours from Missouri to Baum Chevrolet-Buick Company on November 14 after already handling most of the process ahead of time over the phone. We had discussed numbers on the vehicle beforehand, I had already applied for financing, and I specifically set a 10:00 AM appointment because I was traveling such a long distance. From my understanding, the majority of the deal should have already been prepared and ready to go that morning. Unfortunately, what should have been a simple and organized process turned into one of the worst dealership experiences I’ve ever had. Paul, the salesman, was polite enough, but most of the issues came from the finance side with Mason. We arrived on time for our scheduled appointment only to be told he was busy with another customer. We went to breakfast to give them time, came back, and were still pushed aside because he was helping someone else again. After driving four hours and sitting around all day waiting, we didn’t leave until around 7:30 PM — basically after closing. Because everything took so long, there was no notary available by the time paperwork needed to be completed, so I later had to handle notarized documents myself instead of the dealership taking care of it while I was physically there. The real nightmare started after the purchase. My vehicle was supposed to be transferred and registered in Missouri, but after weeks of hearing nothing and my temporary tags nearing expiration, I reached out only to find out Mason had never even submitted the paperwork. I then had to redo my DOT inspection, resend documents, and get paperwork notarized AGAIN because forms had apparently been filled out incorrectly the first time. On top of that, I had to fight just to get my temporary tags extended so I could legally drive the vehicle I had already paid for. Instead of taking responsibility, blame was shifted to “office girls” and internal staff supposedly not submitting things correctly. The lack of accountability was unbel

  My experience buying a vehicle at Baum was wonderful. Everyone I worked with was fabulous and communication was clear every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Baum to others and I will be back for service appointments and for future vehicle purchases.
