“Very disappointed today I had my concierge service oil change done on my 2018 escalade with Bay way Cadillac southwest. They took my car and did the oil change. They brought back whatever I think it’s been about a month. I don’t drive it much when I open the hood today i just noticed there was no oil cap attached pictures below Very disappointing. Very very bad thorough check. How could this even get to the customer without making sure the cap wasn’t on Isnt this a safety issue”
