  Thank you to Bayway in Pasadena for your help and especially to our salesman Grace for being such a respectful, understanding and patient person. The finance department was amazing as well. By far the best car buying experience I have ever had at any dealership. You guys were wonderful ❤️

  We had an amazing experience at this dealership from start to finish! The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and everyone was very welcoming and professional. A huge thank you to our salesperson, Grace, for going above and beyond to help us. She was knowledgeable, patient, and honest. Grace answered all of our questions, and kept us informed throughout the process. Her customer service was outstanding, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. We highly recommend this dealership and especially recommend asking for Grace if you want a great car-buying experience!

  B. Williams & Jay Were a pure delight. They both made the process seamless and simple. I drove up in a vehicle I was discouraged about trading in and I left with a brand new vehicle that’s more than reliable for my family when we go to work,school, doctors appointments, and simply hitting the highway: I will recommend these two guys to everyone I know in need of a new/used vehicle . Bayway Pasedena is the way to go!

  Edit to add: just had my first service experience and Gino was an excellent service advisor! He greeted me outside with a smile, even in this freezing weather! Great customer service all around!! I started out only looking to upgrade my vehicle and left with a vehicle I’m in love with!! Grace was able to give me everything I loved in my car and really worked with me to be able to achieve the deal! She was super helpful and really made sure to get me what I wanted. She made the whole process of buying my first brand new car less intimidating for me and answered all my questions I had. The finance guy I worked with, Mike, was amazing as well. He explained all the warranty coverages and answered all questions in a way that I was able to understand without feeling any pressure into anything! I would definitely recommend Bayway, especially Grace, to anyone looking for a new ride!!!

  Best dealership i’ve experienced! Recently purchased a new vehicle through Bayway and the help was extraordinary. Definitely ask for Ms. Grace Baker if you need a salesperson to make it feel easy. Being 21 many dealerships have overlooked me, but Ms. Baker was very attentive and understanding! They have some of the best vehicles/prices in the area and are very open to working with you. 10/10
