  I initially had a pretty disappointing experience at Bayway Lincoln and left a 1-star review after feeling unhappy with how I was treated by one of the salesmen and was rushed into my purchas. However, I don’t think one negative interaction should define the entire dealership. After my review, Lance Willis reached out and truly made the effort to fix the situation. He was kind, professional, and took the time to make sure I left with a much better experience. Because of his help, my 1-star review has definitely turned into a 4-star experience. Thank you to Lance for going above and beyond to make things right.

  I recently purchased my first Lincoln! I had a wonderful experience at Bayway Lincoln! Ron Wilson was fantastic to work with. He was friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and I never felt pressured. If you’re looking for a great car-buying experience, I definitely recommend asking for Ron! 😊

  My husband and I had an excellent experience at Bayway Lincoln. Our sales representative, Liam, was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly answer all of our questions, and when he was unsure, he promptly consulted with his supervisor to ensure we received accurate information. We highly recommend this dealership and look forward to returning in the future. Their customer service is exceptional and truly makes you feel like part of the Lincoln family.

  Had my heart set on a used Nautilus with the black/roast interior. It's quality can't be matched, and I'm at an age where a quiet, comfortable ride means a lot to me. I live in Temple, and I'd been looking for a week or two. There were contenders in San Antonio, Missouri, and Houston at Bayway within my budget range, but Bayway was the clear winner 🏆 , with their great CPO program, the Nautilus I fell instantly in love with, and excellent responsiveness and communication. Since I'd already invested the time in the research ahead of time, I didn't need to go all the way down to Houston to test drive; I was confident in making my purchase with Bayway over the phone. The process was simple, since I'd already had financing secured. Signing paperwork on "Gotcha" day was simple and fast, and my Certified Pre-Owned Nautilus was clean and ready to go that weekend. We didnt have to spend all day sitting at a desk, and I'm so proud of both the deal I received and the vehicle - her name's Grace 👑. Thanks to Travis Hall and his Sales Manager at Bayway for a great experience!

  Salomon Aka Saul - one of the best salesman I have come across. Highly recommend Saul at Bayway. He was professional, honest, and went out of his way to make sure I found the perfect car and price point. Also shout out to Mr Alan and Mr Norris for making the final purchase process easy.
