“After doing a lot of research for a high end luxury SUV my husband and I stopped at Bel Air Genesis to look at the GV80 3.5T Prestige. I specifically wanted to see the Savile Silver exterior and the Glacier interior. (Yes, the commercial won me over!) It truly is a beautiful vehicle. Kyle Bellone was a great salesman to work with and knew the vehicle iside and out. (there are SO MANY bells and whistles. It was a little overwhelming...might take me months of watching videos to know how to work everything. He worked with me and his manager to get to the number I needed. The manager, financial administrator and Julia who sold me some exterior and interior protection applications (which was done before we left with our new vehicle!) The lifetime free oil changes is something that a lot of other dealers can't offer, so it pays to use a well established dealership. My only complaint is it was raining when we left and I didn't want to get my freshly detailed vehicle dirty. Overall a wonderful experience. Highly recommend Genesis of Bel Air. Another satisfied customer!”
