  After doing a lot of research for a high end luxury SUV my husband and I stopped at Bel Air Genesis to look at the GV80 3.5T Prestige. I specifically wanted to see the Savile Silver exterior and the Glacier interior. (Yes, the commercial won me over!) It truly is a beautiful vehicle. Kyle Bellone was a great salesman to work with and knew the vehicle iside and out. (there are SO MANY bells and whistles. It was a little overwhelming...might take me months of watching videos to know how to work everything. He worked with me and his manager to get to the number I needed. The manager, financial administrator and Julia who sold me some exterior and interior protection applications (which was done before we left with our new vehicle!) The lifetime free oil changes is something that a lot of other dealers can't offer, so it pays to use a well established dealership. My only complaint is it was raining when we left and I didn't want to get my freshly detailed vehicle dirty. Overall a wonderful experience. Highly recommend Genesis of Bel Air. Another satisfied customer!

  Wow! Amazing, easy, stress-free experience leasing my new GV70 Sport Prestige. I brought a ridiculously long negotiated deal from another dealer, not only did Jones Genesis beat the deal they did it by quite a bit and without the back and forth nonsense. Cut and dry and to the point with a fair offer. Everything was as they said it would be at close. My Sales Consultant, Jess, was wonderful. She is personable, and really listens to what you want. She went above and beyond to make sure I got the car in the color I wanted. She stayed past her scheduled work time to make sure everything went smoothly and I got out the door in a reasonable time frame. I highly recommend asking for her, I am extremely pleased!

  Awesome experience purchasing my new SUV this past Saturday, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. I worked with Jecika annd she was amazing! Great personality, friendly, knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and made sure everything went smoothly from the moment I arrived to me driving off the lot a happy customer! The atmosphere and engagement with everyone was so welcoming — making my experience that much more enjoyable. You could tell they really wanted to make sure I left happy with my purchase. And I did! If you’re looking for good quality vehicles, great options AND a great car-buying experience, stop by Genesis if Bel Air and ask for Jecika! You won’t be disappointed!!

  This dealership is really nice. Firstly, the sales staff is really great. I worked with Tarron and he was awesome. Management and support staff worked with me to get the deal done quickly to not take up my whole day. Great assortment of cars and they made the experience a good one. Highly recommend!

  We had a great experience with Kyle who helped us try out different models and decide what we liked. He was so easy to work with -and did a great job keeping in touch. He went above and beyond. Once we had decided, the entire team worked together to get everything done … from the paperwork with Danyelle to getting everything checked out and the car detailed. And we already know how great Jones support post-sale is - all good!
