  This was the smoothest vehicle buying experience I have ever had! I live an hour and a half from the dealer. I communicated with the sales associate Haydin via phone and email and worked out the price and the pickup day. My wife and I arrived at the dealer on our arranged day right when the dealer opened for the day. They had the truck all set up in the service bay as it was raining. We looked over the vehicle, signed the paperwork and then Haydin spent a good half hour helping us set up the Ford app and going over every feature of the vehicle. We were in and out in a very short amount of time feeling very comfortable about how everything worked with the infotainment system and vehicle controls. Can’t recommend this dealer enough! I will definitely be back!

  I had a great experience working with Kenny and Haydin at Bell Ford. They were easy to work with and made the entire buying process simple and stress-free. Both were professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. I really appreciated their straightforward approach and commitment to excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

  Incredibly professional crew. We drove 2.5 hrs to work with this team, and was treated so well we will return for service. The leadership team that runs this dealership is second to none, and it is reflected by their people. By far our best buying experience ever, and the new truck was pretty amazing too!

  I initially called to get information on extended warranties. Mike gave me the info and then we discussed possibly trading my truck for a new vehicle. He put me in touch with Mason, we talked and I went to dealership. What a pleasant experience with Mason, we had a great conversation and went into details about possibly downsizing to an Explorer. He then introduced me to Rich (sales manager) to discuss trade value of truck and then another great conversation ensued about cars, golf etc. Mason was very in tuned to my thoughts and we looked at and test drove 2 of them. I told him I was going to speak with my wife. I went back with my wife and we narrowed it down (Model, Options, Colors etc..) and he was going to look for the one I wanted. He found it in a few days ( I was in no hurry), I went back to see the one he found for me on Sat 2/28. Decided to buy it on the spot. He got the price finalized, got me with Mike and the entire deal was done very quickly. Mike showed me all of the options of protection (Never seen it done so easy). Made the choices and came out to a New Cleaned up Explorer. Mason jumped in with me and did some programming and going over features in detail. The overall experience was awesome, Mason, Mike and Rich are the Best. Love this dealership as I've serviced my previous vehicle there for a year. Great Job Guys!!!
