  The salesman Jerry and Josh were patient and polite with me. The test- drives with both of them felt safe and friendly. I was only disappointed with the final process. The interest rate from the bank was ridiculous. For the rate they set, I should have been put in a brand new car verses a used 2023. Thats the only regret. Other than that, the car is in good condition with very low mileage. 16,000 to be exact

  I cannot begin to say enough about how easy and seamless Justin (Sales Mgr) and Dominique who is relatively new to her position but handled all of the process like a seasoned veteran, to the professionalism in the Finance office, my wife and I was totally thrilled with our entire sales process. This praise does come easy since I’m retired from one of your major competitors CarMa- where I did not go for my next vehicle. Why you may ask was this so, because of the Never Heard Of Before Lifetime POWERTRAIN Warranty at no Additional Charge to me! Talk about peace of mind when purchasing a very low mileage off lease vehicle. This truly does take all of the worries of buying a “slightly” used vehicle. Special shout out goes to Justin and his willingness to do whatever it takes to close a deal. His willingness to work with you to achieve a business success was purely due to his professionalism to help me working back and forth texting, talking on the phone and providing practically anything I requested to help me with the decision process. His actions is why my wife and I were comfortable with signing on the bottom line with no worries or concerns. And lastly, Justin was not willing to make us jump through hoops since we were already approved through our Credit Union he matched their Rates! If you’re in the market for a used vehicle stop where you’re going IMMEDIATELY and to and turn around and go to BEN MYNATTE Chevrolet & Cadillac you will not regret it!

  Zero stars if I could. Came in for a simple safety test for my Tesla Model Y and waited over 2 hours — with zero communication the entire time. I was the only person sitting in the lobby, yet no one thought to update me even once. I had to walk up to the front desk three separate times just to ask about my car. When I finally stood directly in front of the agent, he told me he was too busy to check. Too busy for the only customer in the lobby. To their credit, they did waive the fee at the end acknowledging the delay — which I appreciate. But a fee waiver doesn't fix a broken process. NCDMV needs to seriously retrain staff at this location on basic customer communication.

  Amazing customer care from start to finish. Ken and Josh in Sales made the entire process smooth, straightforward, and completely pressure-free, taking the time to explain everything clearly and ensure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Their professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. Daniel in Finance was just as impressive, making the financial side easy to understand and just as seamless. Overall, an outstanding experience with a team that truly cares about their customers.

  I had an amazing experience at Ben Mynatt Cadillac! From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, professional, and friendly. My salesperson, Gennene, was absolutely awesome! She was knowledgeable, patient, and truly made the entire process stress-free. Zack was great as well and helped make everything move smoothly. The customer service was seamless from start to finish, and the whole team made me feel valued and comfortable throughout the experience. If you’re looking for a dealership with excellent service and a great atmosphere, I highly recommend Ben Mynatt Cadillac!
