  Most definitely outstanding service. DeAngelo Allison was awesome. I showed him what I wanted used my vehicle as a trade-in and He didn't disappoint. I was going to Benny Boyd due to a recall on mine and actually on my way he messaged me to let me know just walk in and he's at the desk. I am super excited as many vehicles as I had never owned a new one. Thanks as well to Michael for getting me in my brand new off the sales floor Jeep. Everyone at the location was outstanding. DeAngelo went above and beyond to show me how to work all the new gadgets. I really appreciate ya'll!!!! Thank you so much!

  I loved my experience with this dealership. The whole process was quick and simple. Taylor was very responsive to my request on a vehicle and within hours had an appraisal for my trade in, and had an appointment scheduled with the finance team. In the past the finance portion was always the worst - stressful, confusing, frustrating. But Buddy In finance called us and we did everything over the phone and online. He was quick, thorough, and prompt with sending over documents. All in all, I recommend Benny Boyd for anyone looking for a streamlined car-buying experience. They took great care of us.

Benny Boyd's service department quickly identified the problem, handled both the warranty and service contract process exceptionally well, and kept us updated every step of the way. The level of communication and customer service was night and day compared to what we had experienced elsewhere. We knew we were in good hands at that time. When it came time to purchase a new truck, Danny and Steve were outstanding. They listened to what we wanted, respected our budget, and worked hard to put together a deal that made sense for our family.   As always, excellent service. Brad is always so helpful and polite. I love the video walk around showing areas inspected and love the information along with the quote being available where I am able to review and decide which I can do and when. The ability to accept or decline is great.
