  I had an amazing experience at Berger Chevrolet from start to finish. Austin, along with the entire team, was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. There was a hiccup with the finance company along the way, but Gerry absolutely stepped up and handled everything quickly and efficiently — truly the MVP. After multiple frustrating experiences with other dealerships, I was honestly ready to give up on finding a vehicle altogether. I happened to come across Berger through a Google search and decided to give it one last try, and I’m so glad I did. They completely changed my perspective on the car-buying experience. What stood out most was that I never felt pressured or pushed into something I didn’t want. They listened, treated me with respect, and most importantly, they kept their word — something that can be hard to find these days. If you’re looking for a vehicle and want an honest dealership that values its customers, takes care of you, and doesn’t pressure you into settling for something you don’t love, I highly recommend Berger Chevrolet. A huge thank you to Austin, Adam, and Gerry for all of your help and for making this such a positive experience. I’ll absolutely be back for my next vehicle!

  MJ Johnson made the entire experience seamless. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Her wealth of knowledge and experience was greatly appreciated. MJ was extremely professional, courteous, and respectful. She ensured I was familiar with the service area. She reviewed all details regarding my new car's functions. She offered to assist me going forward with any questions or concerns that may arise. I would highly recommend MJ Johnson and Berger Chevrolet for anyone in need of assistance with purchasing a vehicle.

  “I had a great experience trading out of my old vehicle and into a new one. The whole process was smooth, straightforward, and stress-free from start to finish. They gave me a fair value for my trade-in and helped me find a new vehicle that fit exactly what I was looking for. Salesman (Brian Marr) was professional, friendly, and answered all my questions without any pressure. Financing (Adam Vawter) was quick and easy, and made sure I understood everything before signing.   Came in after seeing a promo for a lease trade in. Was greeted by Eli, he was helpful from the jump. (Mind you, I had zero intentions of actually leaving with anything). We test drove a trailblazer, got back & he ran some numbers. It was quite literally an offer I couldn’t turn down. Eli was so helpful, kind and a delight to sit with for 3 hours. (Which seemed pretty quick in my opinion) Thanks for all of your help!!

  Joseph was an amazing salesman and definitely deserves 10 stars for the way he helped us decide which vehicle best suit us. He wasn't pushy and let us take our time in our decision.
