  I had a great experience shopping for a RAM truck. William was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with every step. What really stood out was the pricing—I visited four different RAM dealerships, and this was by far the most competitive offer I received. No pressure, no games, just straightforward and honest service. And after my previous experience… GMC who?? 😄 This was on a completely different level. Highly recommend asking for William if you’re in the market for a truck!

  Me and my wife had more than an excellent and smooth transaction with this dealership. Weather it's Edward, Josh, or Neal....they will make the deal and the experience is just the icing on the cake. We test drove on a Friday.... Went to get Funds from our bank. We went on Wednesday to pick it up and was at the dealership maybe 30mins.... I would highly recommend as we have decided already to purchase our next vehicle from no one else but Bergeron! Even met McClane Bergeron, one of the owners and he was very grateful for our business and wanted to be sure our experience was none less than stellar, which it was! If your looking for great prices and sincere service, go over and tell em Marcus and Lindsey sent you! We purchased a clean 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee 1 owner and spectacular service tracked on carfax! 89,200 miles too! I've included some pics....

  If you quality work i don't recommend service here. They obviously don't take care of customer vehicle to prevent additional damage when working. Found scratches to the party after having my A/C repaired. The one on the right side looks like a screwdriver was wedged in & now there is a circular dent as well as paint falling off.

  The work was covered under warranty. Service Dept doesn't provide updates. No one answers the phone. I had to leave a voicemail with Service manager to finally get some sort of update. Once my warranty expires I'm not coming back. After receiving a response to my review, Bergeron has basically said I'm lying. Bergeron if you'd like i will show you the texts I sent to Lawerence with no responses until I called management.

  My experience was unbelievable!!! My salesman Will did not stop until we were Happy !! The whole process was flawless. This has been the best experience I ever had with a dealership. Everything was so detailed and quick! I think it took maybe 10 mins to pick my truck up when it was ready to drive off. Definitely will go back if I need another vehicle! I highly recommend this dealership. The professionalism is amazing !!!! The Thanks again Will !!!!!
