“Bernard’s is everything you want in a car dealership—no pressure, small‑town friendly, and genuinely helpful. I bought my truck about a month ago, and they’ve been fantastic both during and after the sale. Mark was amazing to work with, as was everyone we met. He even stayed late for us and was always helpful over the phone, no matter the time of day. Little things mattered too—great snacks and popcorn, which sounds small but stood out after visiting other dealerships that didn’t even offer a drink. If I had to give one “con,” it’s that another dealer in Hudson technically had better popcorn… but their sales team wasn’t great. So go there if popcorn is your top priority—but go to Bernard’s if you want second‑best popcorn and a truly excellent sales experience with a welcoming, small‑town feel.
