  Went in yesterday to service my 2024 Kia K5 and had such a great experience from start to finish. Vivian and Andrew took care of me right away, and Leo in shuttle was so kind getting me home and even brought me back because I accidentally left my house key at the dealership 😭. When I was back at the dealership, Josue showed me some newer models and deals and I ended up leaving with a 2026 Kia K5! 👀 I’m so grateful for the team effort, Josue went above and beyond, and with the help of his amazing manager Mrs. Patty, they made the process easy and comfortable, and I especially want to thank Max and Mr. Lipsey for giving me an incredible deal—I truly appreciate it! 🙏 Big thanks as well to Roberto in finance for being patient & making everything smooth as he worked with my husband over the phone. Overall, such a great experience. I’d definitely recommend Bert Ogden Harlingen Kia. I love my new K5! 🤩

  My experience at Bert Ogden was great. The salesperson Jose did an exceptional job. I would strongly recommend purchasing from them. They are much more friendly and professional than the folks at Fiesta Nissan and Charlie Clark.

  To start off with I did not know any employee on a personal level. They offered great service, transparency, and speedy service. I will definitely be purchasing vehicles from this location here on out. Staff was very friendly and paid attention to detail and respected my needs. 10/10 recommend.

  Very pleased with my experience. Everyone is helpful. Salesman, Rolando Najera took his time with the two vehicles I was looking at. Explained gadgets on the vehicle. Will go back again. Love my Kia G4!!!!
