  Great experience at Bert Ogden Kia Mission! The whole process was fast, smooth, and very clear from beginning to end. They were easy to work with and made negotiating simple and stress-free. Big thanks to Eduardo “Lalo” Garcia for his excellent service. He was very knowledgeable, explained all the features of the vehicle, answered all our questions, and made the entire transaction easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for Lalo if you visit Bert Ogden Kia Mission!

  We stopped by to see if we could get a new Kia Telluride. At first, the gentleman was very helpful but then he handed us off to someone else. He did say we were “in good hands”. Well, after running some numbers, they pretty much told us that it was what it was and thanked us for stopping by. Didn’t even try to negotiate at all. They did call the next day but we were at work and when we called back, they told me that they were not at the dealership at the moment and they’d call me back. Never got a call back. I then decided to go to the Kia in Harlingen, and I must say, don’t bother going to the Mission location. We walked out with our Kia Telluride and very close to the price we wanted here in Harlingen! These guys know how to treat customers and met our needs. It’s worth the drive, trust me.

  Just bought my first car here at 20 years old! I was extremely satisfied with how smooth Mr. Jason Perez helped with the process, I had been looking at K5’s for a while and to officially have one of my own is amazing, I can’t express it enough. When first test driving it I immediately knew this was what I wanted, especially with the beautiful interior, thanks again to Mr. Perez for making everything so simple from getting pre approved to all the paperwork, I hope this car lasts me a lifetime I wouldn’t be here without the support of my wonderful family and in-laws, I am so grateful to be in this position, Thank you to the wonderful staff and smooth process Bert Ogden Kia of Mission!!

  Writing this review to complain about the service I received on 02/20/26. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, tire rotation, and a repair for two broken lug nuts. My vehicle had zero dashboard warning lights upon arrival.When my car was returned to me, the Master Warning, ABS, Traction Control, Check Engine, and Forward Collision lights were all illuminated. Despite my immediate concerns, the staff refused to inspect the vehicle and attempted to charge me a $180 diagnostic fee for issues that were not present before their service. Receptionist said bring the car thenext day bc shop was closed not even a leave you car here have a ride home for your Saftey was offered I had the vehicle inspected by an independent mechanic who confirmed that the tire sensors and bearings were damaged during your service. The offer to cover only half of the repair costs is unacceptable or to even offer a free same cost service after a direct mechanical negligence from your team shouldn’t be an offer . A full reimbursement or having the issue fixed for the repairs to fix the damage caused by your technicians should be the only offer up till this date no issue has been resolved.

  I had an amazing experience at Kia, and I highly recommend this dealership! Ana and Santiago made the entire car-buying process easy, stress-free, and enjoyable. They took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for instead of trying to sell me just any vehicle. They helped me find a car that is great on gas, had the color I wanted, and fit my specific needs and lifestyle perfectly. I really appreciated how patient, knowledgeable, and honest they were throughout the process. Thank you both for making this such a positive experience. I absolutely love my new car!
