  I had a great experience working with Brandon at Berwyn Kia. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, easy to talk to, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right car rather than just making a sale. What really stood out was how straightforward and honest he was throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure I understood everything clearly, and never made me feel pressured at any point. That alone is rare at a dealership. Brandon made the whole experience smooth and stress-free, and I left feeling confident in my purchase. If you’re looking for someone who actually puts the customer first, I highly recommend asking for Brandon at Berwyn Kia.

  Brandon was FANTASTIC!! His consultative, no-pressure, selling style helped us narrow down our decision. With his help, we selected the model of car that was perfect for our family. Brandon guided us seamlessly through the entire process from selection, test driving, pricing negotiations, financing, and orientation to our new car. He was so kind to my children as they waited, even providing them with refreshments! We were in and out of the dealership in a very reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend Berwyn Kia for anyone purchasing their next vehicle! Ask for Brandon when you get there :)

  Surprised by all the great reviews. We came in to look at a particular Carnival that we had called about. The whole place felt like a circus! People and cars everywhere, they had to move 5-6 other cars to even get to the car we wanted to see. It was so incredibly chaotic! There is no where around the dealer to really test drive the car, it’s surrounded by congested streets. The sales person, Mike seemed to know nothing about the car/features or Kia warranty. The whole experience was Bizarre! They also gave us an estimate on our trade in at 3k less than we had been offered at CarMax. What a joke! The whole place felt dirty and dishonest. Would absolutely never recommend. When they finally let us leave, they had blocked our car in and we had to wait an extra 10 Mins to leave.

  I just bought my 7th Kia — a 2026 Kia Sorento — from Berwyn Kia and had a wonderful experience. Vince Watts was my salesperson, and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. Vince has been with Berwyn Kia for many years, and I can certainly see why. Brandon was also a joy to work with. Not only were they friendly and knowledgeable, but they were also very professional and respectful throughout the entire process. Since I was a repeat customer of Vince, we were able to take care of most of the sale over the phone. When I picked up my new car the next day, we completed the paperwork, finance meeting, and full tutorial of all the Sorento features in under an hour. It was awesome! Vince knew exactly what I was looking for and worked hard to get us to a very reasonable deal on the car I truly wanted. I couldn’t be happier! Berwyn Kia is lucky to have Vince on their team. I’ve purchased several cars over the years, and this was by far the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend Berwyn Kia to my family and friends.

A special shout-out to Dave, my service advisor, who was very polite, friendly, and helpful throughout the visit. He kept me informed and made the entire process smooth and easy.
