  Mechanical service is great, never had a problem. Service managers come and go like a revolving door, had a few very good ones in the past but after a few years they leave, not sure why, ( pay? culture? hours ?). Came in for a redo for state inspection sticker, after an hour wait, noticed my vehicle hadn't move from where I parked it. Inquired about status, personnel said they were terrible sorry and would expedite the redo inspection, half an hour or so inspection completed. Hopefully someone learned a lesson.

  I worked with Eric and Aaron and we got the deal done. Was by far the best experience I’ve ever had but a vehicle. The are like family now to me. Very pleasant and friendly. They care about what you need not what they need. Highly recommended

  I had purchased a used vehicle and a couple of weeks later it had a transmission issue. It was during the 5 feet of snow we got in Feb2026. So, bringing it back in was delayed. I brought it in, it was diagnosed and a part ordered. I was informed the parts arrived, but I was going out of town for 2 weeks so I left it at Best. I got home and it was ready for pickup. There was a mix-up with the coverage. I brought my concerns to Nina in service, who had handled this from the start. She investigated it, stepped up and addressed the issues to complete resolution. I can't say enough good things about her. I don't know what they are paying her, but it probably is not enough. I have owned 2 businesses myself for the past 25 years. I know employee value quite well. Nina is at the top of that value list. Do whatever you need to keep her on staff. I'm certain you will be glad you did. Thanks!!

  I recently had the pleasure of working with Nina and her team at Best Chevy regarding an issue with my Denali. With less than 28,000 miles on the vehicle, I began experiencing vibrations during intermittent acceleration. I first brought it to the dealership where I purchased it, only to receive the typical response: “We can’t duplicate the issue and found nothing wrong,” despite my concerns about a possible failing torque converter. Wanting a second opinion, I brought my vehicle to Best Chevy and explained the situation and my concerns to Nina. From the very beginning, she was compassionate, understanding, and professional. She kept me updated almost daily throughout the process, which I truly appreciated. Nina quickly informed me that her service team was able to feel the vibration as well and reassured me that what I was experiencing was “not normal.” That alone was validating after my previous experience. Their diagnostic system ultimately confirmed an issue with the torque converter, and they replaced it. I picked up my vehicle on 5/19/26, and it now drives exactly how a $90,000 vehicle should — smooth and flawless! Best Chevy has absolutely earned my trust, and I look forward to working with them again in the future for all of my vehicle needs.   The service was very attentive and great overall. However, I was not satisfied with the price. My brakes still squeaked as well. And the gentle man who pulled my car up drove it very fast around the corner having no common courtesy for their customers. I’ve used best Chevy prior and have not had any issues.
