  I have to give a HUGE shout out to Joshua-Sales, Dyshean-Manager and Je’Von in Financing. They made my experience the most memorable from the moment I arrived at the dealership. They were very courteous and calming (definitely not pushy) like most places. And with not so good credit, they still were able to get me the car of my dreams. I can’t thank them enough for making me feel at ease with the whole experience. If you’re in need of a ride, this is the place to go, trust me!! Let me add, clean waiting room, music on point (they changed it to what I liked) lol..😁😉 they make courtesy calls to check on you. Thank you so much for making me feel like a part of the Bev Smith Kia family!! You guys are the best!!

  A very fine first service at Bev Smith Kia for a low-mileage 2024 Kia GT that I acquired through a third party to replace my older, high-mileage Kia Forte that I loved. I traditionally avoid dealership service because of my impression about costs, but I wanted personnel with Kia knowledge and experience to give this car a clean bill of health. There was a very minor oil leak that was repaired efficiently. And there was other optional work that I had performed for peace of mind. Service representative Savannah was friendly and communicative. And the work was that was done was thorough and professional. Overall a very positive experience.

  Ken Disbrow and the entire team at Bev Smith Kia went above and beyond helping us out. While on the way home to Kansas from vacation our newly bought Kia Sportage hybrid went into fail safe mode the Kia dealership in Palm City which was the closest said they couldn’t help us till the end of June (a month) they didn’t seem to care that my family was stuck in Florida on the way home they told me to try Bev Kia. I did and even though they were slammed Ken worked us in. Unfortunately it was bad news and they couldn’t fix it immediately but they did work us into the schedule and got it fixed for us in a few days. The staff was incredibly sympathetic and supportive, it made a very stressful situation not seem that bad. If I you live near here I would definitely check them out. It’s not too often you meet a service team that is more concerned about your issue then they are their schedule. 100% A+ thanks Ken for all your help you didn’t have to go the extra mile but you did and I’m very appreciative

  We had a great experience at Bev Smith Kia! We walked in with what most would say was an impossible ask. After lots of conversations and deliberation we were able to come to an agreement. Our daughter is now the proud new owner of a K4 EX! Huge thank you to Gahem & Josh who were definitely up for a challenge and delivered! And the patience and number crunch appreciation goes to D Wade! Luis was a huge help as well. And CJ came over to help congratulate and celebrate! They all went above and beyond and made our daughter happy! Thank you for making her dream a reality! We appreciate you all!

  Had a great experience. Highly recommend. Got me from walking out the door to laughing and making a deal on the exact car I’d designed on Kia website. I knew they didn’t have it in their inventory and just went to test drive the one they had that was just a color I didn’t want. By the time I found the dealers with the exact build in their inventory Saturday morning and the time I went to test drive, Saturday early evening, the closest dealers had sold theirs. There were legit 4 of this very specific build across the state. My salesman, Cameron Simms, legit went to get this ride for me on his day off, so I’d have the car in the timeframe promised. Speaks highly of the value of the service delivery, and they really surpassed any experience I’ve had with new cars. Dyshean and Cameron, the dynamic duo of Bev’s! Highly recommend!!
