I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle from Big O Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Greenville. Karlo Borjas was excellent to work with—friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He made the entire process smooth, answered all my questions, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The team was professional, transparent, and easy to work with from start to finish. I highly recommend asking for Karlo Borjas if you're shopping for a vehicle. I'm very happy with my purchase!

Just bought a new '26 Wrangler and the experience was great. Out of all the dealerships I've dealt with, Big O Dodge was the quickest and most painless of them all. The whole team was a pleasure to work with!

Big O Dodge in Greenville completely earned my business. Back in November I took my truck to another dealership in Easley (won’t name them). They kept my truck for a week while I rented a vehicle. When they finally called, they told me my dash cam was “pulling too much power” and causing my transmission issues. I asked them to look at it again because that didn’t make sense. Another week went by and they never even checked it a second time. Meanwhile my rental cost me $600, they charged me $185 for the visit, and told me to unplug my dash cam. I disconnected it for two months and the truck still had the exact same problems. Finally I took it to Big O Dodge on the Motor Mile in Greenville. They immediately knew something wasn’t right, took the issue seriously, and got me set up with a rental on them. Within a week my truck was fixed and running like new. That’s the difference between people guessing and people who actually know what they’re doing. Big O Dodge has definitely earned a loyal customer.

I had an incredible experience at this Dodge dealership! I went in expecting to just browse, but ended up driving away in my brand new 2026 Durango GT Plus—and I couldn’t be happier. Caleb was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process. He was patient, understanding, and gave me the space I needed while I went back and forth on whether or not I was ready to part with my Charger. At no point did I feel pressured—just genuinely supported. Josh in finance was phenomenal as well. He made that part of the process smooth, straightforward, and stress-free, which really tied the whole experience together. What really stood out to me was how they’ve taken care of me beyond just this purchase. From handling preventative maintenance on my Charger to now getting me into exactly what I wanted, they’ve consistently made me feel valued—not like just another number. This dealership truly has it figured out. If you’re even thinking about making a move, I highly recommend stopping in—you might just leave with something amazing like I did!

Dropped my Jeep off for an oil change and tire rotation. They sent me a video of a multi point inspection and also topped off my fluids. Vehicle was ready when they told me it would be ready. Price was acceptable.
