He made the entire process smooth, answered all my questions, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The team was professional, transparent, and easy to work with from start to finish. 5 months agoI had the most fantastic experience at Big O Dodge! They were very transparent and did not give me the runaround on pricing. I highly recommend my salesman Jacob!! He helped me and we were able to complete most of the buying process over phone and email which was fantastic since I have small children. I also really felt seen as a customer, and this is by far my favorite car buying experience!

2 months agoCam and everyone at Big O dodge were absolutely wonderful! They made the whole process super quick and easy from start to finish. They were able to put me in the perfect Jeep for me and my family. Definitely would do service here again and would recommend them to anyone!

4 months agoBig O Dodge in Greenville completely earned my business. Back in November I took my truck to another dealership in Easley (won’t name them). They kept my truck for a week while I rented a vehicle. When they finally called, they told me my dash cam was “pulling too much power” and causing my transmission issues. I asked them to look at it again because that didn’t make sense. Another week went by and they never even checked it a second time. Meanwhile my rental cost me $600, they charged me $185 for the visit, and told me to unplug my dash cam. I disconnected it for two months and the truck still had the exact same problems. Finally I took it to Big O Dodge on the Motor Mile in Greenville. They immediately knew something wasn’t right, took the issue seriously, and got me set up with a rental on them. Within a week my truck was fixed and running like new. That’s the difference between people guessing and people who actually know what they’re doing. Big O Dodge has definitely earned a loyal customer.

10 months agoIt's been awhile since I bought a new vehicle and it's not always a pleasant process in fact it's rare to be honest. I want to let everyone know that's considering buying a new Ram or any other vehicle that my experience with Big O, Cameron "sales" Merita, and Ike in finance honestly surprised me at how professional and great an experience can be buying a new Ram. I love my new truck and I am thankful for the folks at Big O. Most cars I have purchased over the years you kind of feel icky afterwards, like your deal wasn't good or if it was you had to absolutely fight for hours to get it. Not here honest to goodness I feel like we got a great deal and didn't fight for it at all. Thanks I really appreciate it and I will make sure all of my family members go you first.
