  I’ve had consistently great experiences with the service department at Billion Auto’s Kia location. They are always honest and transparent about what actually needs to be done, and they don’t try to recommend or push services that aren’t necessary. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, that really means a lot. It’s so reassuring to know I can trust what they’re telling me and not feel taken advantage of. Keegan, in particular, is always so helpful. He takes the time to explain everything in a way that actually makes sense and makes the whole process feel easy and stress-free. It’s not always easy to find a service department you can trust, but this team definitely delivers every time. Highly recommend!

  My salesman Brad, was friendly, efficient and patient. The sales manager, Chris, I think, was terrific as well. He managed to get me the loan/payments I wanted and even worked it out so I got the extended warranty as well. A win-win. Huge selection of vehicles, fair prices and excellent customer service made this a great experiencea and I am quite satisfied with my purchase of a 2020 Kia Sportage S. Thanks Billion team!

  My salesman, Zach, was great, from start to finish. He was very personable and not pushy. I'm very happy with the deal I got and the Kia Seltos I purchased. It's perfect! Everyone I met there was friendly. My experience with Billion was excellent!

  Christian was great! He made sure everything was connected and set up for us. Very respectful and professional. The walk through he even showed us some things that are on our Honda we got last year (our salesman then didn’t set anything up or walk through anything). I definitely recommend you stop in add speak with Christian!
