  I had an outstanding experience at Bird Kultgen Ford and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I worked with Oscar on an out-of-state deal for my Bronco, and from start to finish, everything was exactly as he promised no surprises, no last-minute changes, just honest and straightforward communication. Oscar stayed in touch throughout the entire process, making what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and seamless. When I arrived, the car was ready, freshly washed, and even had a bow on it, such a thoughtful touch that made the moment feel special. This was hands down the best dealership experience I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for transparency, professionalism, and someone who truly follows through, ask for Oscar. The rest of the staff was fantastic as well. I would absolutely recommend Bird Kultgen Ford to anyone.

  I had a great experience buying a new F-250 from BK Ford in Waco and couldn’t be happier with how everything was handled. I worked primarily with Jose, along with Casey, and both of them were outstanding from start to finish. We were able to work out a very competitive deal over the phone before I ever made the trip, and when I arrived, they honored everything exactly as promised. No surprises, no games — just honest, straightforward communication and excellent customer service. Jose took the time to sit with me in the truck, walk through the features, explain everything clearly, and answer all of my questions without rushing me at all. The entire team was friendly, professional, and very polite throughout the process. Overall, the experience was quick, efficient, and stress-free, which isn’t always the case when buying a vehicle. I would absolutely come back to BK Ford again and would recommend Jose and Casey to anyone looking for a great buying experience.

  BK Ford is top-notch on service and price. Johnny, Yair, and Tim are as good as they get. They made purchasing our new truck so easy. They were all beyond helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Very grateful to have been able to work with them. If you're looking to purchase a vehicle, go see them! Good honest people!

  Johnny Bluford and the team at Bird Kultgen went above and beyond to ensure my daughter got the perfect vehicle for her first car. After visiting another Ford dealership who was not transparent, Johnny ensured we got the best deal. 100% recommend Johnny and the entire team.

  I have never been more impressed with a service department in my vehicle owning life! I have been using BK Ford for years and it’s always the same great service but today, the Quick Lane team knocked it out of the park!! I decided to bring my Toyota in to have the brakes replaced, seeing as they did a fantastic job on my other Ford. I contacted Tyler who is always enthusiastically helpful, and he was able to get me right in! Tyler kept in contact with me throughout the day on my vehicles’ progress and made sure that it would be finished by end of day. Upon arriving to the shop about 15 minutes to close, I took possession of the vehicle and noticed a small noise, nothing big, but brought it to Alex’s attention. He quickly brought the vehicle back into the shop and had a technician, Jeremy Rey, look at the issue. Even after close of business, they drove it, put it on the lift, drove it again, put it on the lift, and finally made the small correction. All of this while not being made to feel like we were bothering them at closing time. Jeremy even allowed me to see the issue and showed the repair and Alex waited until we drove off to leave. You want EXCELLENT work done WITH great service? You’ve got to visit BK Ford Service Department and their Quick Lane especially. I’ll be bringing all of my vehicles over moving forward! Thank you BK Ford!
