  While I didn’t purchase my GMC from Black, I took it in to them for a recall service. They were super friendly and attentive, completed my service quick, and didn’t try to sell me anything extra! I will definitely use them for any future needs that my local mechanic can’t fix and will look into them when I’m ready to upgrade. Thanks guys!

  I inquired about a vehicle posted for sale on the Black Buick GMC website. The advertised price is $16,997. I received photos from one of their sales reps and was advised they were waiting on a repair to be completed before putting the vehicle out on the lot. All of this happened on 12/30/25. On 12/31/25, after some brief communication about operating hours, the sales guy texts me that they won't be honoring their advertised price because the repair bill has not been factored in. From my experience with this dealership, both past and present, the cons far outweigh the pros.

  Bought a 2024 Jeep on saturday and the whole process was quick and easy. Got trade in and pricing via text, drove in from Knoxville. Test drive, trade in appraisal, paperwork, and driving off was a total of 55 mins. The way buying a car should be. 10 out of 10.
