  2024 Jeep grand Cherokee in and out of the shop a dozen of times once for the electrical car wouldn’t start I had to tow it in and then was told that there was problem they could find. Car taken in three times for problems with the brakes. At first I was told they didn’t find anything wrong with the brakes. Then I went online and I printed out some information that the lemon law had gave me, once I gave that to them they rechecked the car and said it’ll be about two months or more Before Chrysler would send them any information On how to fix it

  Recently had my 22 Wrangler here for service. Great service experience… Ray kept me well advised throughout the diagnostic process and updates while awaiting parts. Ray also went out of his way to work with my ext warranty company in getting approval for replacement costs and in dealing with the warranty company’s less than stellar payment process. Thx Ray and Black CDJR!

  Wish to thank Ron Wilson, Lane Wallace and Justyn Black on the purchase of my new 2025 Grand Cherokee. There was an issue with the car initially and it took a few tries to get it resolved. But we did get it fixed and I love the car. Thanks, Joe

  Be careful when you take your vehicle to service for a DIAG or anything else, because either they have Zero Knowledge or they just take them to the back for a couple of hours then charge you for nothing. My vehicle failed the Head Gasket Test prior to taking it to them, they said it's not a blown head gasket, but it does have, then 2 more shops confirmed, then the local Chrysler here confirmed it does, so after spiking with the service director trying to see if they can admit their mistake that coast me over $3k when it should've been paid by the Auction in Statesville because that's where we bought the vehicle and had 10 days to Arbitrate the vehicle, and he said he's not going to admit and he stands behind his employee, I can only imagine someone is getting paid by someone or the tech didn't even check the vehicle. I haven't seen one good review about your shop and none of them had a respond, clearly you all don't care. I guess they'll only know the answer. All I am saying is be careful

  We just moved here and brought our year and half old jeep here (2024) to have an oil change and tire rotation, they talked us into servicing the recalls and we agreed. When we went to pick it up the tires were making a horrible sound and my check engine light came on and my car wouldn’t go over 60mph. They aren’t open on the weekends so we had to be without our vehicle all weekend. They gave us a loaner car to use while they looked at it today, then told us it was NORMAL and blamed us, told us our car already had an issue when we brought it in yet they never told us that until we brought it to their attention that they messed our car up, told us the tires (that came ON the vehicle) weren’t the correct tires and that’s why they were making that sound and they saw “nothing wrong” and couldn’t figure out why the light came on and wouldn’t drive over 60. This place is HORRIBLE I wouldn’t recommend them to fix a Little Tikes Cozy Coupe.
