5 months agoWe recently leased a 2025 Kia Niro PHEV, and the entire experience was fantastic. Huge shoutout to Aaron for making the process seamless from start to finish and for welcoming us so warmly. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure all of our questions were answered. What I appreciated most about his work ethic was that he continued to follow up even after the sale, ensuring everything was going well. We truly valued how smooth and stress-free the entire experience felt. Highly recommend!

a month ago⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Blasius Kia, specifically when dealing with Client Advisor Andi Pasholli and Sales Manager Mark Deal. I purchased a 2025 Kia K4 that was being sold as a retired loaner vehicle. Before making the trip and completing the purchase, I spoke directly with Andi and was assured that the vehicle had no wheel damage and no exterior cosmetic issues. However, photos were later sent showing damage to the wheels. When I raised the concern, the dealership refused to take responsibility or offer to repair the damage. I was also told that the exterior of the vehicle was in good condition. After taking delivery of the vehicle during rainy weather, I brought it to my professional detailer for a thorough wash and inspection. Once the vehicle was properly cleaned, the true condition became apparent. The black paint was covered in scratches, and there were numerous paint chips and areas of missing paint on multiple panels throughout the vehicle. When I brought these issues to the dealership’s attention, I was met with very little concern. The cost to properly correct the paint condition was estimated between $1,000 and $1,500, yet the dealership only offered $200 as a resolution. I found this offer insulting given the extent of the damage and the representations made prior to the sale. To make matters worse, I have spent the last three days attempting to contact the dealership for assistance and a reasonable resolution. My calls have gone unanswered, and no meaningful solution has been provided. My experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. I feel that the condition of the vehicle was misrepresented, and when legitimate concerns were raised, the dealership failed to stand behind the product they sold. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Blasius Kia to friends, family, or anyone looking for an honest and transparent car-buying experience.

a month agoBEWARE OF THEIR SALES TACTICS. ZERO TRANSPARENCY. Came in and leased a Telluride in March, after contemplating purchasing or leasing. They pushed for a bunch of addons which I had declined to most. They sold me a paint protection, which no one went into detail on what it did not cover and let me sign all paperwork with the misconception that the paint protection wouldn’t cover the paint on the vehicle. After 2 months my fiance noticed someone had scratched the vehicles hood, so my fiance and I had to go back and forth with the dealer to get the dealer to take care of the scratch due to me having the paint protection. After a month of going back and forth with the dealer they sent someone out to buff and polish the hood, after one of their employees had already acknowledged that the scratch was too deep to fix with just a buff, which did not successfully remove the scratch. After reaching out to the inventory manager again, they tried to tell me that the paint protection they sold me only covered interior defects or tears and rips, mind you, none of this was explained to me otherwise I would’ve not went with it since I already had declined all the dealer addons. After texting with the manager they just stopped communicating with me on a solution, and after 2 months of going back and forth, I’m now probably screwed dealing with this out of my own pocket; after being sold something that was not explained to me. No transparency on this sales tactic. Not a trustworthy dealer. After buying my fiancés car, now I know I would’ve been better off buying at Kia in Wallingford. Not like this dealer cares, but that’s where I’ll be going to buy my next vehicle. Sales Rep is Justin Finance Guy is Tyler Inventory Manager is Gabe

4 months agoI bought a brand new KIA Sportage. I worked with a great salesman named John Nadeau. He was extremely laid back, knowledgeable and super easy to work with. After I decided to purchase, I was sent to a sales manager Billy who was also great to work with. He presented all my options with zero pressure to add onto my purchase. The experience was so great my family business is heading there later this year to lease at least three cars. Overall wonderful, I think I found my forever dealership.

3 months agoFrom the moment I walked in and got a big smile and welcoming greeting from lovely Sara, I knew I'd come to the right place to buy my used electric car. My salesman, Jamie, is Mr. Mellow. He listened carefully to what I was looking for, and then showed me exactly what I wanted. Jamie never tried to upsell me or push financing options. Our test drives together were just plain fun, as he is so personable and easy to chat with. When I noticed performance issues with the vehicle I liked, Jamie immediately had their in-house shop perform a full vehicle inspection and completely fix the few minor issues found. Then he went over the full repair report with me and we test drove the car again so he could be sure that I was completely satisfied. I did a trade-in, and when the value offered was less than I expected, Jamie carefully reviewed the issues with my existing car and together we looked up on the internet how much it would cost to fix each of them. You can imagine how surprised I was when the technician himself came out to meet me and fully explained what he'd found. Now that the paperwork is finalized, I have to admit that I got an especially generous deal on my trade-in. Jamie then went over all of the car's features and how to use them, including how to charge it. But then there were payment issues - I only had personal checks with me from my out of town bank. So it was Mo to the rescue! He came up with a brilliant plan for arranging payment that was painless for me and protected all of our interests. Finally came the part we buyers all dread; signing mountains of paperwork with the uptight finance guy. Except Bobby is hilarious! And I still can't believe he is already 40 years old. He gave me candy and shared stories about his family as we reviewed each document. When we finished the paperwork and shook hands, Bobby told me that wasn't enough. He actually came out from behind his desk to give me a big hug. When I finally drove my new used car, he'd left more cand
