  I had an outstanding experience with this dealership from start to finish. The level of professionalism was evident the moment I walked through the door. Every member of the staff treated me with respect, courtesy, and genuine attentiveness. Their knowledge was impressive. They didn’t just recite features — they understood the vehicles inside and out, answered every question clearly, and helped me make an informed decision without pressure. Jimmy Ferguson "The Jeep Guy" was phenomenal. That kind of expertise builds trust quickly. What truly stood out was their patience. They gave me the time and space I needed to consider my options, compare models, and feel confident in my choice. At no point did I feel rushed or pushed. Instead, I felt supported. The entire team worked seamlessly together to ensure the process was smooth, transparent, and efficient. From sales to finance, everything was handled with clarity and integrity.   Bought a 2022 Chevy Silverado. Jimmy was my sales person. Purchased the truck and did my paperwork prior to them closing for the day. Paperwork was very rushed. As someone with four years of dealership experience In multiple departments sales, finance and service and works currently at the dmv and I also have my pre dealers license certificate. I have to say that was the most rushed dealer work I’ve ever done. Not to mention my paperwork that was received at the dmv, they sent the wrong registration picture to transfer over the plate. The day after purchasing the truck noticed right off the door wouldn’t open. The handle was broke on the passenger side. They did fix that but I noticed there was vibration when braking , returned the truck to be told nothing was wrong with the brakes. Shortly after that I then returned the truck for an engine light. Jimmy is the one who had it taken to the service side and I was told it was a purge valve issue. Moving forward, I took my truck to Warrens, spoke to the mechanic/owner to be told to take the truck back to the dealer, it had to many issues. It was pulling 28 codes. Warrens refused to work on the truck. I called bleecker spoke with the service department manager to be told I would have to pay for diagnostic and that they had absolutely no record of my truck coming in and the purge valve being bad. I was told to speak to Jimmy who sold me the truck. So, she switched me over to the sales department and guess what!?! Jimmy quit. So I demanded to speak to a higher up manager. I was contacted and he wanted to tell me I have no warranty, he wanted to speak to Warren and called Warren on another call while I was still on the phone. Warren didn’t answer, manager told me he was going to speak to Warren and call me back. This was in the beginning of last week. Guess what!?! No call back. So I took the truck to another mechanic shop. Rotors are warped, brakes had to be replaced. Mechanic said the brakes were horrible and they shouldn’

  I purchased a used 2020 a vehicle from this company, and what started as a pleasant experience quickly turned into a petty battle over a feature that was advertised with the car that they will not provide for me. The car was advertised with a keyless entry feature, which only works if you have a key fob. Not only did they not provide me a key fob, the only key I got with the vehicle was a bent spare key that fails to lock and unlock the door consistently. When I reached out to the dealership to rectify this, they quoted me $400 to get a key programmed for the car. Mind you, this is $150 above the highest quote that I got by asking around for a programmed key which includes the subaru dealship. Once I brought this up to them, magically, the quote was down to $250. When I pushed further, they said they would pay 50% of the key. There is no way i'm paying any money for a feature that should have been provided when the car was purchased. It's a month later and the service manager refuses to call me to even talk about the situation. They are not trying to help in hopes I'll pay for it myself. If you do make the terrible decision to purchase a vehicle from this company, make sure you get everything that is owed to you before you walk througt the door because they will fight you and try to make you feel like you are the problem when all you are trying to get is what you are owed. It is sad and pathetic that a company would go to this length just to not give me something that was advertised with the car on their own website

  Called to get a quote and order Goodyear tires from them. The customer service team was excellent and patient as I asked questions. My service appt was scheduled for 2 days later where the repair team was awesome as well. Thank you Bleeker CDJR.

  Highly recommend Bleecker! My sales person was Chris and he did an amazing job! Very easy to work with! My finance man was Luigi and he worked with us to give us a great deal. Both Chris and Luigi went above and beyond to help make this experience easy and affordable. Shout out to both for a job well done! Go with Bleecker, you won’t be disappointed!
